I stumbled upon this channel from reddit and I feel the need to express how great this video was relative to your subscriber count. I'm impressed how you managed to make it somewhat concise while still including a lot of interesting tidbits and statistics throughout. I also appreciate how you showed only the most interesting or relevant clips to the current topic and didn't try too hard with the humor, keeping your commentary to a casual level instead of overacting like a lot of popular content creators. The minor animations to your avatar were a nice touch too, as were the clips where your character moved along the map from boss to boss, since it helped to jog my memory of the game's layout (it's been a few years since my last run, haha). I don't know if you plan on sticking to only S&S content for the time being, but it's a fantastic game so I'm down to see more crazy runs like this. Subscribed :)

Thanks for the great feedback! I'm glad what I'm doing is working - it's been a real process learning the proper balance. There will definitely be more S&S content to come, as I've got about 10-15 more runs that people have suggested to do! I'll probably switch it up with some other gaming challenge runs along the way to keep things fresh, but for now I think S&S needs the most love.

I loved the map section of this video - I've only ever beaten the game once, and I have no recollection of location, scale, and size. So this was actually an excellent overview

Late comment, but you can easily kill the Jester without even fighting him: If you skip him at first and enter his arena / room from behind, but don't walk all the way inside, you can aggro him without triggering the boss fight itself, allowing you to leave the room. You can then backtrack all the way around, Jester should stay aggroed the entire time, allowing you to lure him outside of his boss room through the main door, which often results in him jumping around and falling to his death. It still counts as if you killed him normally, and you get the salt.

Cool run! Excited for the bow only run! Beyond my previous Pax Balance Mod suggestion i would love to see a poison only run. IE only innately poisonous weapons/consumables like poison throwing knifes and the dagger that does poison damage, no poison damage buffs on non-poisonous weapons. I want to see how it holds up in the base game because a poison only run is honestly really easy with the Pax Mod on

You actually can do a glitch in Pitch woods that can make you beat the game. You have to get a Spindle beast to kill you in a specific spot and use a bell of return before it stabs you.

Depends on your point of view. Personally, I think summoning them into existence means that I'm responsible for their actions, which is why I didn't use them. Your conscience may vary. I'll be doing a summons only run in the future, so we'll still get to see that possibility unfold!
