The athleticism it takes to nail these moves and yet still remain graceful and eliciting power is not only mindblowing but beyond insane. Very impressive and a highly informative video. RESPECT.

1:19 Thank you for the disclaimer. I know this should be common sense, but some people just do not realize how much of an actual risk reward game real martial arts are. When you throw all of your body weight into doing these moves in an actual live sparing situation/confrontation, you roll the dice big time. As a general rule I have learned, the more body weight you put into an attack, the more its going to hurt to get countered. A simple jab is one of the most effective techniques in all of combat sports and martial arts. Not because it is fancy or because it is particularly damaging. But because it allows you to push a good amount of offense without risking way too much.
@tomhearns47705 жыл бұрын
100%. Mayweather destroyed McGregor by putting his hands up Mexican style and just walking him down. Nothing fancy, nothing excessive.
@grantstevensma5 жыл бұрын
Agreed ✌🏼 I think one of the big issues with spin kicks that gives them a bad name is just that the majority of people don’t have nearly the skill to be in with a chance of ever landing them, despite trying to. I’m not taking about this kind of stuff though. More like spin hook kicks for instance - you need to be like an Edson Barboza to land

The only one I can do is the flash kick. I learned it myself after pausing and playing Guile on Street fighter 2. I literally did it from a kneeling position instead of standing up. This information is priceless!

bro a flashkick is literally a backflip
@alongzowitcher16855 жыл бұрын
@@drioustb9182 Uh no it isn't sir. That's a way to simplify something to downplay credit. It's a Backflip using only ONE leg to jump. Maybe if you Played Street Fighter 2 and see you wouldn't have respond. ALSO the point was to show that I did it in a harder fashion than what was shown here but also to show that I don't have the other skills displayed.

@@alongzowitcher1685 so youre telling me you did a backflip with one lef and from a kneeling position thats awesome
@alongzowitcher16855 жыл бұрын
@@drioustb9182 Yeah lol! I thought that was the way to do it because of the game. I learned how to do a Backflip from watching a guy at my school do handspring. I hit my head a few times but I was determined. Eventually, I did it better than him and everyone watched me. So it was a little vanity involved but what did I know as a child in elementary school. Tarzan workout regiment? Guy had immense grip strength and endurance for clinging and climbing into thick vines, slick and slippery surfaces, rock climbing, rock-solid core and abs, full body control and spatial awareness, powerful and explosive legs for jumping higher, vegetative nutrition with the occasional carnivore meals. Plus, in the animated movie, he was capable of headlocking and even choking a full-grown silverback gorilla. Gorillas are known to be atleast 10 times stronger than the normal healthy adult male human. This is why I think his muscles aren't just for show. Would love for you to create a same possible workout routine for the average joe 💪

keepiticy there is no real world twist that could go over the potions of the Witcher 😂 What do you expect from Poison Resistance, Magic enhancing, Vitality enhancing, Reflex enhancing and night vision potions with a real twist? A useless supplement video talking about how these specific Supps can enhance your reflexes for example?🤦🏼♂️ Just have a good diet than you don‘t necessarily need Supplements. The only things that can make you „Superhuman“ are PED‘s. So take these if you want and also go find a HEMA club for Swordsmanship than you are good to go for being a Real Life Witcher ;)
