'' Or worse yet, what if someone asks you to help them move home?'' That was probably meant as a light aside? But having helped someone move home, I found it one of the most taxing experiences of my life. You never seem to find a balanced centre of gravity. Blissful relief is only found on the Chiropractors table.

One underrated skill is to blend into any subculture and find who you can trust among sketchy and desperate people. I've seen it quite a bit how rich or poor stick out like a sore thumb and are visible uncomfortable among their environment. I've once dragged a self-taught hacker to a University for a seminar on IT. It was fun to see how much of chicken he was entering the university despite it being open access to anyone interested and him usually breaking into places online where he should not... (my idea was to guide him to a path where he can make his passion a job and legally so). I've also seen some amazing people who could find rare things barter and sell like few others. In case of a financial crash these abilities would come in very handy...

Schopenhauer said people seek happiness by valuing one of three things over the other two: 1. What other people think of you 2. What you have 3. Who you are (He added that number 1 and 2 will certainly lead to suffering, and that number 3 was the best shot for happiness) This video made me think of this since this fitness mindset seems to be very in line with "Who you are'" whereas one could say bodybuilding is probably "What other people think of you," and powerlifting and/or strongman is "what you have (strength)." Probably a wild comparison but it's what this made me think of. I really like your philosophy towards fitness

Very intelligent video and presentation...you touched main aspects of functional strength (usable calisthenics), the heart and brain the usually forgotten tissues in the strength industry👍👍

Great video! I've had the Joe Rogan speech "Become the hero of your own story" (potentially paraphrased) in my head for a while now, and this is the perfect content to help do exactly that. Thanks for this content, it's really thought-provoking and helpful! I hope you manage to get the flood in your house sorted asap and hope there wasn't too much damage.
