This is my favourite ab workout! They burn so bad afterwards, I often find it hard to feel much in my abs but this is a killer!

Been doing this workout on and off as part of my routine for over a year now, and no other workout I’ve found makes me feel my abs as much as this one! The burn is so good but the moves aren’t impossible to manage. Can’t recommend enough!

This is such a good workout! I run most mornings and then do either an ab workout or a hit session! I start in the RAF at the end of the month and doing your sessions have helped loads! Cheers joe🏃🏻💪🏼

Greatt stuff Joe...I find that if I up the work period to 50 seconds and reduce the off / recovery period to about 15 seconds while maintaining good form and technique I can attain a better overall muscle burn . I feel somewhat underwhelemed by the 40 second work rate followed by a 20 second recovery phase before going at it again !

You never have to stop eating! Your Body needs lots of food- especially when your active. Eat healthy and how much your Body Needs...I think you will drive good with that :-)

doing this twice a week. just started on Tuesday. As doing other exercises the other 3 days a week. keep the weekends free for my kids. So with only doing this exercise twice a week how long should it take to see results? I don't have much body fat? I'm quite thin. with the other exercises it has taken three months to see results. should i expect the same with these exercises?

Don't worry about calories too much, your body will continue to burn after so you struggle to get an accurate amount

I don't understand. the rectus abdominal does not cross the hip joint so I don't see how it could create a hip flexion torque
