He is a disgrace to indian cooking for not using enough spices. The food looks so bland and unsustainable to eat for more than a week. For those who think that you should eat shitty bland food to build muscle and low fat %, you are plain wrong. Stop thinking that by torturing your taste buds youll acheive greatness. Guru sir, I am 35 yrs old and my weight is 82 kgs right now (I am working out from last 3 months and I was 87.5kg at that time, so basically I followed fat lose program) . My ultimate goal is 75kg but with good size muscles ... question- Can I loose weight and increase biceps/ muscles size at the same time? if yes.. please suggest the program. looking forward to hear from you. Hello guru bhai. Im following your bulk program. Its amazing. The thing i want to know is what i have to take immediately after post workout. Right now im taking 3 to 4 boiled eggs ( 2 without yolk ) with 24oz gatorade putting 1.5 scoop of whey protein or sometimes 2 bananas instead of those eggs. But I wanna know what do you prefer on this program. I’ll wait.

Is diet mein ek problem hai - there is one spoon ghee/ coconut oil and two eggs - so 30 gm saturated fat, but the daily limit acc to Guru Mann is 15g saturated fat

Lot of protein powder in this diet. It's not the usual affordable plans that Guru Mann usually comes up with. Need a budget version of this plan lol
