Sir I think cardio is better after weight training because doing weights first will burn glycogen and after that when we do cardio our body will be in fat burning zone and hence more fat will be burned.

thank you guru, you are one of the most inspiring persons I've come across. My request is if you could please make more videos on 'how' to do cardio, what machines are best(like treadmill or cross trainer). I like to do cardio, and do 3 to 4 days cardio 40-60mins and max two times full body light weights weight training in a week. Also, does weight training increase bulk if I cant control carbs? Should I go for whey protein even on days I do cardio, if I do more of cardio, or I should go for whey only on days of weight training. Would love to see you do more videos on cardio and how to inculcate light weight training in ones exercise schedule.

boss if i take protein sup before morning low steady cardio to prevent muscle loss, is there any chance that our body use this protein (amino acid) as primary energy if so then there wont be fat loss.

Dear Guru Man,, there's no voice to this video of yours ... the one on importance of Cardio ... pls do something about this ... i'm your fan from Malaysia ... you've been a great source of know ledge and motivation ... i workout in the evening and finish at 10 pm so what can i eat post workout ... i do take Whey Protein right after the workout ... but in terms of solid food dont know what to eat .. pls do comment on post workout solid meal for those who workout late evening ... like he always says u cant spot reduce. You have lower your overall body fat percentage try doing 15-20 mins of cardio and be on a caloric deficit

Than can be happened if you are not taking amino acids before and during cardio. Amino acid helps to prevent muscle breakdown. So either supplement it with BCAA or eat boiled egg whites 40mins before cardio. Also low protein diet cause muscle breakdown.
