The odds of rolling a one on a d6 is 1/6… the odds of rolling a one on a d6 in blood bowl is 5/6… May the odds never be in our favor

Perfect timing!!! We just had a 7 vs 10 situation occur 1 hour ago in a game :D My nobles lost the ogre, 2 linemen and a thrower versus shambling undead who lost a blitzer. Incredible tense game ending in a 1 - 1 where as you said, you need to roll hot to hold on with 2 mummies and 8 other undead coming down the pitch. This game absolutely rocks and your channel does too. Keep it up

Thanks for the videos. I was invited to play in a Blood Bowl league once a month. I've never played before until my first game in December. I tied my first game 1-1. I've never lost a game (or won for that matter). The team I played against was ogres and hobbits. I'm undead and lucked out into 1 if my ghouls dishing out 4 casualties and I got a touchdown on a wright. I picked up block on the ghoul so he has the start of a decent ball carrier. I'll have to look at some more undead guides before my next game next weekend.

Your suggestion on the chevron sets someone for an easy surf. Especially if the opposition has at least 1 piece with frenzy

This would have been really useful after that game I had where Nuffle made a Skaven team injure half my saurus line with Miss Next Game right before I faced Norse...

Thanks for making this! I appreciate your insights and am sure this will come in handy against the guard/mighty blow/sneaky git team I usually face (that is, obviously, very good at taking my players out)!

How about set up and tactic for sevens

I would recommend having your players in the center. If you spread your 4 players out like that and you only have 1 turn to defend (vs your opponents 2 offesive turns) your weakside players are never even going to reach the strong side and can just be ignored.

Hey Ben, I love your channel and your presentation style. I have an idea for future content topic. Blood Bowl 3 cyanide game campaign mode available all races. Do a daily video starting team build and a campaign match. BB2had 15 matches. You could do team build and matches 1&2 video one. Then next match every day. That would make 14 daily videos a campaign and with 12 teams you would get 24 weeks worth of videos. Also, maybe as a primer go through the blood bowl 2 campaign mode. That would be 2 weeks of videos before BB3 comes out.

Also blood Bowl 2 had challenges. If blood bowl 3 does that would be a good once a week theory Thursday idea. As per my previous comment you could also go through bb2 challenges

Another great video, thanks. Any thoughts on why certain blood bowl dice are sold out everywhere, do you think GW have any intention of restocking them?

This is such a good concept to demonstrate, great work. I reckon you should think about designing some Madden NFL style beginners drills to help newbies learn common situations, i.e. simple scenarios like setting up a sideline push, to cage-breaking and setting up 1 turn touchdowns

Good stuff Ben. Being under strength happens a huge amount in BB during a drive. The bit between kickoff and a score or half ending is where players get taken off the pitch leaving us to deal with a fluid under strength situation on field. I think it’s these situations where coaches often need to adjust their game plan. But the under strength team can still put pressure on their opponent. If you’re depleted and on defence during your opponents drive I’ve found it’s always best to put a player up in a scoring position. Your opponent has to put a player or two on them reducing their driving force and it helps stretch the play out creating more space for you to move around in. If you pop the ball loose or they fumble it you’ve also given yourself the outside chance to score against the run of play. Just the threat of that possibility can put a little niggle of fear in the coach of dominant side.

I could’ve used this last night. Playing Skaven, had 3 KOed first turn and they didn’t recover after the drive (2 never recovered all game, but I ended up with another KO who didn’t recover)

As AndyDavo says, "just do Something" That 5+dodge and uphill might just work when you need it You rarely/never see column defence even with 11 players, it's just too easy to pick it apart
