ill have to try that white lion, gotta a question probably gonna be seen as an absolute heathen but would you do a rum liqueur cocktails episode? like coconut and pineapple rums and some of the spiced rum liqueurs. now im no stranger to hating on malibu i think the stuff tastes like coconut jelly beans but i love mahiki coconut rum and think its worthy of a bit of love.

Your production is amazing, the ways you present things is next level, but to be completely honest with you, recipes could be a little More elaborated. The flavour profile you present is very linear and you do not catch our attention, us bartenders. To be completely honest with you, the balance that you want to promote into your syrups, in my opinion results in a very unbalanced result. Please do not get me wrong, I have been a fan of yours ever since you started your production, and I hope things are going great for you. But if you base your palate only in the British taste, you might not take into account potential followers/cocktail aprentices/bartenders/bar related people from all over the world who is in need of inspiration. I respect the work you do and admire you, from a remote place of this planet. I wish I could engage a conversation with you about bartending, since this is has been my life for 9 years, and wish to grow everyday. I would bel glad to receive some words of wisdom if you so wish. Again, much of love and admiration for your work. Have a very nice day 🤙
