Jacob, it was great meeting you in Wilmington! I had the Gemini Giant 1 of 6. I live in Bloomington and didn't know about the Santa, so we're going to see it today. Thanks so much for always providing informative and fun videos. I don't do videos, but we travel all over the country too and thanks to you its easier to find things we like. Safe travels my friend!

Oh no! Did I miss that? Oh well, I only live 25 minutes away, so I can visit my big, green, “ boyfriend “ anytime! Glad he’s back! I also love the Paul Bunyan at GSU! I used to live near the university in Park Forest, my hometown! Thank you for broadcasting the Giant’s return and Giant in all his glory! ❤

Jacob, it was a pleasure to meet you, it’s Jessica Anderson, the Miss National Route 66 Supreme. My family was so excited for me that I met you, im just sad that I didnt ask you for an autograph! If you do return to Route 66 please let me know!! Im so glad that you saw the Santa. I stopped at the Polka Dot to eat before I made my way down, and bought a Gemini Giant ornament at Christkindlemart in town. Keep on keeping on, you matter, and your videos inspire many of us. Merry Christmas! And yes, i was cold, but swimming in a glacier-fed lake in the Tetons, swimming in Lake Superior, and watching the Chicago Cubs in April and October can be chilly. I've trained for it, lol. This is my son's account.

(8:40) If Jacob was cold, poor Jessica must have been absolutely freezing. 😞 Merry Christmas all.

I was, but I have been colder swimming in Lake Superior and seeing the Cubs play in April. I put a coat back on :) I also swam in a glacier-fed lake in the Tetons.
@ethandayakapacethansblog6373Күн бұрын
I was, but I had a coat. I had to ask him if it was really him as I was not used to seeing him with his straw hats and not a stocking cap. I wore a coat and went inside periodically. Seeing the Bears play in the winter, Cubs games in April, and Lake Superior are all cold experiences also. Some folks take ice baths in lakes and whatnot, but that's too much for me.

First Off, I wanna Thank You for Braving our Arctic Blast here in IL during this Fall Season. I remember when the Gemini Giant was put to storage for refurbishing, and So Very Happy to see you here for its return. Waving from about 40 miles south of Wilmington. Did Not realize that there is a Paul Bunyon statue nearby.😎✌️

Not crazy about the metallic paint, to me it feels too modern and steals some nostalgia. But the fact that GG has officially been saved for real makes my heart so happy. The paint is not so important. Thanks for making it to this event Jacob. Awesome.
