Will Ramos of Lorna Shore broke into my studio again, which means we gotta listen to some music! You all have been asking for a year now for me to check out "Watch The World Burn" by Falling In Reverse, and instead of watching the music video (which I'm told has some images that I don't feel comfy releasing on the channel), I found this live performance that I'm super keen on analyzing!
Join professional opera singer Elizabeth Zharoff and Will Ramos of Lorna Shore, as she analyzes Falling In Reverse's "Watch The World Burn" Live.

I am so conflicted because I do really love Ronnie R as a singer, and every groups he's been in, but I can't stand the person and had to unfollow him on social media because I couldnt stand the person and he does seem not to like people like me, which is quite sad. No idea how to feel comfortable about this situation. Love your videos, saw lorna shore live twice and they were amazing.

Ronnie spews so much hate toward the LGBTQ+ community and hate in general on social media it's really gross. Not really a great person. Good vocalist sure but he's just nasty.

Yeah, I was stuck on this and came up with 3 different artists he could've been thinking of: 1. Corey Taylor @coreytaylorrock of @Slipknot @StonESouR and his solo stuff 2. Tech N9ne @therealtechn9ne 3. Fred Durst of @limpbizkit @TheWillRamos PLEASE let us know who you were thinking of! I'd honestly be pretty embarrassed if I couldn't think of these three, but we all have brain farts, it's cool. It's driving me crazy, though! Especially if it's some awesome band I somehow haven't heard of and need to start listening to! 2:03

@@Skurgebane Honestly, ice-T was the first person to come to mind in the metal scene. He obviously fronted body count, and has been featured on several metal band songs. Including alpha wolf, and upon a burning body. But, aside from them I quite honestly have no other worldly idea.

Thank you both for your insightful observations, they really do help in appreciating music I would not normally understand! Not only appreciate but truly enjoy! Man my head has been spun. Thank you! Over 40 years on this earth and I am still learning to love new things!

I just HAVE to say how amazing I think it is that Will, who is my idol, just kinda came into your life and completely changed your life forever. For the better even in my point. You try to teach people about music and voice and then someone suggested To The Hellfire to you, which is how I found you.... and now you absolutely love and explore metal and you're testing out the science behind it all and teaching young vocalists such as myself why we can do what we do and how we do what we do and I just love that for you. And no better person to help you learn than, in my opinion, the greatest metal vocalist of all time, Will Ramos. ❤

I saw them live this fall at the Cynthia Woods Pavillion venue, Houston Tx. They were so fanfreakintastic!!! I was very impressed with they way the two main singers share the stage and the vocals. (I think they may actually be related???) Also, we were fairly close to the stage 20yds, maybe. The bass drum and bass growl together reverberate right through your chest cavity!!!! The kind that leaves you vibrating for 10 minutes post concert!!! My first exposure to this band lived, and they were worth a repeat for sure!!

The back and forth between the two vocalists is actually very common in live rap! This is what the hype man is for. They give the performer a second to breathe without a break in the lyrics.
