Hello lovelies! I know there was a recent FTC settlement with BetterHelp in regards to patients' data being used for advertising purposes between 2017 and 2020. I have had discussions with the BetterHelp teams, and it’s been relayed that at no time have any members’ names or clinical data from therapy sessions ever been shared with any advertisers, publishers, social media platforms or any other similar third parties. You can read this in more detail in their Privacy Policy here: www.betterhelp.com/your-questions-answered/ Additionally, since the settlement they have been certified by HITRUST, which is an industry-recognized gold standard for providing the highest level of information protection. It is one of the most recognized data security certification programs in the health industry. I would never promote a product I didn’t deeply believe in, and BetterHelp is a service that helps some of us find the therapists we may need to help us through those dark times, or prevent dark times. If you’d like to know more, let’s engage here in this comment thread!

Jelly Roll was recently (June 6, 2024) featured at a free outdoor concert in Detroit where they celebrated the reopening of the Michigan Central Station, which had been in a dilapidated state for decades. Jelly Roll was part of a tribute to Bob Seger; he sang "Turn the Page." Later that night, as part of the same concert, he was also featured in a performance of "Sing for the Moment" by Eminem. The original recording features Steven Tyler of Aerosmith singing parts of Aerosmith's hit "Dream On." In this performance, Jelly Roll sang Steven Tyler's part. The concert also included performances by Common, Illa J, Kierra Sheard, Melissa Etheridge, Theo Parrish, Slum Village, the Clark Sisters, Sky Jetta, Fantasia, Diana Ross, Jack White, Big Sean, and the Detroit Symphony Orchestra.

I dont think it's a surprise to anyone that there was a breakdown but what stands out to me is how there's still a bit if a twangy country feel to both the breakdown and guitar solo. They are taking their dive into country seriously to oay homage to it and not poke fun. Brilliant.

I was just wondering if you ever listened to or reacted to Volbeat, their a great Danish metal band that sounds like metal meets Johnny Cash meets Elvis meets rockabilly all their music is amazing. The Devil Rages On is a great more recent one. They even have some songs with Danish chores like The Garden's Tail, For Evigt and a few others but most of their songs are in English and they use a lot of real history for their subject matter and tons of American western history, funny enough they probably know more about the wild west and the supernatural and voodoo culture of New Orleans than most Americans do lol. The singers voice is absolutely amazing and is extremely talented in his ability to tell stories like some albums have story throughout them. It's very cool to check out if you haven't yet. Great video as always and love the positive vibes you and the chat always send out helps brighten up some dark days when it's needed the most, like my puppy and best friend passed away last Sunday and just got his ashes back but your video helped bring a bit of a smile back for a while. Hell this comment is probably the most I've talked to anyone since my pup passed because he was not just a puppy but family so it's been hard especially him passing just before father's day and I always looked at him like a son. Much love and respect to you and your family keep up the great work making people happy!

Fleetwood Mac - Silver Springs, the live version. PLEASE! I know you've done Fleetwood Mac before, but this is the one! The live 1997 version is one of the best life performances ever. It's one of the most brutal songs, lyrically, I've ever heard (no insults, just grinding truths). Stevie and Lindsey were fresh from a breakup when it was written, but this performance was 20 years after and the emotions the pair were STILL feeling were on full display both visually and vocally for this performance. I love watching people react to this performance, especially knowing the man she is singing about is the man standing beside her, singing backup vocals on her song. idk how else to sell it, I just hope you give it a try :>

What a coincidence it is, then, that I now exhort you to analyse a remarkable performance of ‘My Way’ by a singer called Sydnie Christmas in her semifinal appearance of this year’s Britain’s Got Talent contest. I think her landmark performance might just have set a new industry standard for this revered song. Her power, clarity, dynamics, emotional impact and personality will astound you. Oh, and the stunning vocal arrangement is, I believe, her own. Please analyse Sydnie’s performance - you will not regret it. I thank you sincerely, in eager anticipation.

I think what i appreciate from Falling in Reverse is for years bands have been terrified to "experiement" or "change their sound". You have seen fans turn on bands like Linkin Park or Slipknot for trying to introduce some new stuff. Falling in Reverse try every genre of music but sprinkle their own touch with making it heavy. I saw someone on tik tok describe them as not nu-metal but ADHD metal because every song is just a total 180 of their previous release! Its amazing

Just listening to some old '80s music. Iva Davies vocals (Icehouse) on "Electric Blue" and "Crazy" would be a great listen.

So glad to see this. I'll have to see what you said at the beginning Elizabeth about different things you put in losing views. I'm thinking it works both ways. There's a lot of folks wandering around just looking for people reacting on Falling in Reverse / Ronnie Radke. This video with jelly roll and Ronald with Tech N9ne Ivan et al.... are snagging up folks in all sorts of genres listening to things they've never heard before. You were my first reaction site where I found music I had never heard in my whole life and went down multiple rabbit holes. I thank you for the gift that you never knew you gave. I'm always hoping to see something on your side that's on the path that I'm on at the moment. So here we are ❤

My Wife has degrees in classical music. She analyzes voices like you do. Just on a much less public level. She teaches almost all instruments, primarily piano. I admire you for allowing us to enjoy your take on these artists.

There's a lot in this song that calls back to the turn of the century country and it's such a refreshing take with how stale a lot of country has been for a minute now. Lovin it for sure.

You absolutely have to check out the band Tallah. Their vocalists uses such a wide range of vocal techniques, I feel like you could spend hours breaking it down. He also does 1 take live vocal performances for a breadth of their songs. Red Light, L.E.D, or Overconfidence is what I would recommend to start. I feel like you would genuinely have so much fun reacting to them.

If you haven't already, you should check out Mickey Thomas who's the featured vocalist in the live performance by the band, Elvin Bishop - "I Fooled A round and Fell In Love" on the Midnight Special show in 1976. (The band is named after Elvin Bishop who's the lead guitar player in the band.)

Thank you for noticing that pitch drop in the prechorus. To me that's the most interesting part of the whole song. It sounds wrong but good at the same time.

I would like you to analyze a Brazilian song called "Águas de Março," especially the version sung by Tom Jobim and Elis Regina. The song talks about the changes in life, using the period of March as a metaphor, which represents the end of summer and the rainy season in Brazil.

Good selection , Oscar Castro Neves does a nice version of waters of March, too. I always wondered if Tom Jobims Aqua …was inspired by Walt Whitman. I’m not sure Jobim’s voice is as spectacular compared to the full voice gift that Elise Regina, was given.

@@stoggsherfnik4569 It's a true spectacle. The duet they perform, one completing the other's phrase and the relaxed atmosphere from start to finish, is a demonstration not only of talent but also of fun and satisfaction in making music

You just can't go wrong with Ronnie Radke. Falling in Reverse is phenomenal, and I truly hope to see them live some day. You add Jelly Roll, a fantastic artist and human, and it's a can't miss event. Now Jelly needs to go full metal crazy in a Falling in Reverse song.
