CIPC could design these forms with the info needed with the space for the signature at the bottom. Business owners will then print the forms, fill them in, scan them, and upload them to your system. it will also help for uniformity of how the info needed can be presented to you. I've watched a couple of videos and it seems as if each person uses their own discretion on how these can be designed.

This is a great initiative to combat money laundering. VERY complicated process to complete. The calendars on site do not make it possible to select dates for ID issue date. I had to click through 240 months to get to my issue date. Half of the forms are not applicable for single ownership. There are not explanation (?) tabs next to them or examples of some of the forms we have to select. It also does not provide for dormant companies.

That Mandate section does it allow us to upload one document or more coz I hear that you need security share form n id copy, I just need clarity there.
