Love little Nigel! Can he still eat the alfalfa leaves that come off the stems? Can he eat the green grass? Nigel thinks he is a powerful clydesdale. Prim thinks Nigel is a teeny pony. Oh,, wait. He IS a teeny pony! You are doing a great job with Nigel. He obviously feels terrific. Thanks for the video. I love it that you saved his life and have told us that he will live with you forever. You are a magnifivemt example of responsible horse ownership.

She is most certainly one of the very best and most hands on which i have EVER encountered I have Friends in the Waterberg of Limpopo Region ZA, who operate hunting, conservation Safari wildlife horse riding businesses (one of which also has an operation in Botsw) >> Between the two outfits, they run about two hundred well trained horses of various ‘shapes and sizes, breeds’ NOT EVEN THEY can come close to her in manner, temperament, Heart and skilled knowledge anchored in infinate empathy for these highly intelligent and endearing animals Its amazing what CC does and manages to achieve with clear passion, commitment and steadfast determination…once she is committed ‘Bravo’ unto her, is the very least…🥂💫 👊🔥 🪖

I envy your life dear girl, I'm a 63 year old cowgirl, semi-retired😂spent a summer in 3 Forks, 2 spoons, riding out green horses some big cattle guy brought in from winter pastures, love love love Montana and certainly know where Belgrade is...I truly wish things were different for me, I can longer afford to keep horses, life took some extremely unexpected turns for me, live in northern Colorado now with my adult daughter and her family, I wish all good things for you and all your horses and critters, I spent a good portion of my life on our little sheep ranch, 33 acres, doing chores, caring for all the animals, riding my horses, all of it, absolutely some of the happiest years in my life to this point, love your little stud pony, Nigel, clearly he's a retired pilot from England, heard a comedian once say all British pilot's were named nigel....your videos make me quite nostalgic and sentimental, you're living the life I couldn't figure out how to, very different times for women then even though It doesn't seem that long ago, if you're ever in northern Colorado and need anything I'd surely do whatever I could.....my daughter's the one with all the connections now😂😂she's with the police department in a neighboring city, she's a psychologist, proud of her, raised her up knowing how to ride and care for horses at least, wish I still had the little ranch 😢miss it so much....

There are many of us who are exactly living out our years with the same sentiment. We were about a 100 years late as today's live stock and agriculture are now part of modernity and run by corporations.

Yea, I let the horses go four years ago and go to a few shows in my area each year. There's a 100 mile endurance run up here that has me tearing up and seriously nosy watching them come in and leave. It's a hard life to walk away from and take the sidelines. Once a horse crazy girl, ALWAYS a horse crazy girl.

Oh how I envy your younger life! My father never said no to me. Except for one thing. A horse! I was born a horse lover. When I was only 2 yes old, they put me on a pony ride at our town fair. When my ride was up, my mom came to get me. And I freaked out! I clung to the dusty old man that was doing the pony ride. I cried burying my face in his neck, clinging on as tight as I could! He let me ride for free the whole night until it was closing time! So my parents bought me a rocking horse, the kind with springs, that goes up and down, back and forth. My mom has pictures of me asleep on it. And pics. of me wearing diapers because I would NOT get off of it! We lived in Norco CA. It is known for being the only place in the county for allowing horses, cows, sheep, etc.. But my family were one of the few who did not have farm animals. When I was 5 yrs. old, we lived right next to a restaurant and bar, that had a rodeo arena behind it! our back fence was the shoot fence where they sent the cows to the shoot to be let loose from! They had bleachers and an announcers booth, and everything! BUT on weekdays they sometimes let people bring colts to be castrated. So I would wait until that was done and when they left I would pull up all the tall grass in our lot and take it to the fence and put it so I could climb the fence and jump on the horses back when they came to eat it! Can you believe that?! As I got older I realized that my Dad just was not a horse person. And it was not going to happen. He has and still is the best dad any girl could have! I'm 60 yrs. old but it still could happen for me, NEVER SAY NEVER!

It's lovely how many of us adore that little monkey - he trots so cute even when being naughty. It's great for them to go for walks - the horse I most adore, who lives in UK, he goes out for walks every day - as he is a retired race horse (Frankel) so too valuable to be ridden now (gets paddock time too). Nigel looks like I did when preparing my hair 4 the Brad Mondo butterfly cut - he has the front unicorn pony tail all ready for the scissors ha ha. He looks sassy/cute & his hair isn't in his eyes when tied up.

Nigel really reminds me of an old piebald gelding called Oddie that used to work in my mums riding school. He was a cute little man who used to try and stamp on your feet as you were doing up his girth no matter how slowly.
