For everyone asking if it's a cookie or a cake- it's exactly that a cookie-cake. The bread part is cookie but stacked like a cake. Beautiful-not very practical but it's still nice.

@@aymsmi Hi Aymie, I think it was 12" when I made the first one and the most recent letter cakes, I used the base of an old cake box to draw and cut out my template, its a perfect square then. 10" may be easier, it depends on the letter. I made an N the first time, much easier than the A that I made last time!

I made this for my mother in laws 80th bday. Got lots of compliments on it. Not to sweet either. I did make it the night before thinking the cookie will get softer but that was not the case. The cookie remained crisp 24hrs later. Will make it again for sure

@@cheryl7725 I just printed the numbers in word using a txt box so I can manipulate it to fit a whole sheet of paper then cut that out and traced it on posterboard paper. Worked like a charm and it was free 😊
