Alternative to chicken sandwich recipe.Wheat pita bread, shredded chicken ,mayo and hint of mustard, celery, dried raisans or cranberries, chopped walnuts or almond. I like nutty with a bit of salt -sweet chicken wrap.

Tuna salad is very good with diced celery and lemon pepper mixed with the mayo. Toasting the bread helps to make it more digestible but not everyone likes the nutty taste with sandwich fillings.

If u add the pepper at the end of cooking eggs they won't turn that gross grey color. Either sprinkle it on while cooking or after, but don't mix it in while whisking.
