add seo friendly keywords in your resume, ats score should be greater than 75-80 add the keywords matching the job description, update your resume daily, apply in 15-20 companies daily, cold messaging, ask for feedback about the resume sent to HR directly

I love AI, it should be there. I deny the fact that AI is taking jobs and it's not filtering and even if it is bottom then it's the interviewer's job to have patience to hire till the bottom page of the file.

Dear, its just humanly not possible to see 50K resume, just for a test you can try to screen 20-30 resumes a day.. you will get the answer, also the main reason why recruiters don't reach the bottom is they find a suitable candidate from top 50 profiles and the position gets closed.. Though its true that AI is not taking away jobs, infact it will change the nature of jobs that we are doing..

After 1.5 years to gap forget about good job. Do a master degree n enter the job market. I hired for KPMG as an engagement manager and I never looked at cv with 1 year of gap. Coz if I have to hire n pay good salary I prefer someone who is in job n currently competitive. Truth is that if I can’t find a job for more than 1 your there is an issues so why should I take a risk with you ! That’s how all hiring managers think and u have to love with it. Best of luck

बहन तू तो डरा डरा कर मार देगी views के चक्कर में। मैं तो civil engineering क्षेत्र में काफी जॉब्स निकलते देख रहा हूं। हालाकि पैसा 15-20 लाख की रेंज में तो नही मिलेगा लेकिन जॉब्स है। IT sector में ट्रेंड बहुत फास्ट change होता है तो हो सकता है की बड़ा पैसा न मिले लेकिन सीखते रहने वाले के लिए बहुत मौके होते है।
