Because they joined the EU, which includes a military alliance (which views itself as embedded into NATO). But it was a purely defensive alliance. The difference is that by joining NATO they can take part in offensive actions as well, or any foreign intervention. There is in fact a constitutional right to abortion. It's called the ninth amendment and it basically states that just because a right was not enumerated in the first eight doesn't mean the government can deny it. So called "strict interpreters" always seem to forget this amendment while going full in to a murky interpretation of the second amendment.

So called “rights” are largely illusory and an abstraction which provides a sense of comfort/control in a people. Overturning Roe v Wade only returns the right of states to make their own laws concerning abortion. That's it.

The original reading was whether the federal or state government had the right to "ask", contrary to the 4th amendment which protects the right to privacy. They could be self charging with solar panels on the cars themselves. We also can run a car on water right now if we wanted and no I don't mean with steam, they actually can break hydrogen off from water and combust it for energy with a special converter. We can make electricity with solar panel sidewalks/road ways that are made from recycled plastics...

Yet they allow the EPA to effectively wipe out an entire industry in sport quads for recreation. Only 1 manufacturer remains until they bend to the pressure too. My family and friends have always been into off-roading but they want to eliminate people having fun altogether. Why focus on quads? How about that 18 wheeler(or 10) I see every day spewing thick black smoke down the highways? Apologies for my little rant on the EPA

Gonna be honest here: I personally know no 3 year olds who decide to try and pull the steering wheel and physically attack the driver (their legal guardian) when they’re told they can’t join a dangerous event. Sure there’s probably kids who do, but even for 3 year olds that’s not normal behaviour!
