I liked this one a lot. Spooky, yet with a satisfying ending. I like how Tuck took something of a fatherly role to the narrator, who needed exactly that as he was lost in the woods. Makes me miss my own dad all over again. If you're lucky enough to have a good father, missing him after he's gone is the price you pay.
@Spooky_Platypus Жыл бұрын
I just lost my dad in November and that’s probably the best way I’ve ever heard anyone put it. It is the price you pay and despite the hurt that, so far, never seems to abate, it’s still worth it to have had him for the time I did. Thanks to all the great dads both here now, and those from the past. You stay with us through the good you instill in us.

It makes me so livid and angry that people are taking your hard work and reputation and bootlegging it. I've only known your channel for 4 years, but it still makes me happy to be a part of this community you created. The way you tell stories is so immersive and emotional at times, it's like I'm visualizing a movie in my head, and I love that. your signature can never be replicated 💛

This story is magnificent and inspiring. The fact that the events after the crash are nearly dreamlike and the protagonist reawakening in safety was a brilliant segue to lead in to the shocking resolution is proof of careful, expert plot building. Of all the fictional written characters I hold dear in my heart, Maxwell will now hold the top rung on that list of mine. What a legendary piece, thank you Dark and Stone for making this story come to life and once again delivering my soul a delectable narration to ponder and reflect on.

This is definitely my favorite horror narration channels, not just because you have a great voice but because the stories you pick to read aren't all just pure horror. There's often this sense of melancholy to them, they aren't just spooky monster stories but stories about loss and I love that

One thing I learned a long time ago, from a night-shift arc welder, formerly a first grade school teacher. "The world has no place for you; you must make your own, and find your own way, or be ground under by the rest of the world" If you feel like you are lost in the woods, is because they are not your woods they belong to someone else. Either you need to cut it all down, make a clearing, burn it all down, or find yourself a guide.
@captainjack8243 Жыл бұрын
I'm so glad to be early, I've seem almost all your narrations and i can say 100% you're my #1. You're the only narrator that is able to scare me, the stump is one of my favorites from you. Oh, how I love this story! Som, your voice is so soothing and relaxing. I just found out about these creepy pastas in March and I am totally hooked! My two favorites, are you and Stephen, from Lighthouse horror, both of your voices are extremely calming and soothing, and you both deliver such excellent voices, tone and emotion to the stories. It really brings them home. Big daddy stones voice is the perfect voice for what I would picture a big, strong strapping park ranger to sound like, too. Love when you do these collaborations. Keep up the great work. Thanks so much for all the time and attention you put into these great stories! 💯percent great!!

Yo Mr. Somnium, ever since u did the NFC story I've been listening, I've even looked up your friend that partnered with u on that series and listened to her "last sin eater" story. I don't know if you've gotten this request yet but I as well as many others would love it if u could collaborate with everyone that helped u with the NFC and do the hotel inertia story. I fell in love with "Wendigo" Wendy's character ever since her debut in the NFC story and I personally would love it if someone could give her origin story an amazing narration. This is just a request from a loyal fan to one of the greatest creepy pasta narratos I've ever heard, and please tell miss Lockwood thank you for her performance and hello from all her fans!😁
