Before they switched to Doom, I thought the Multiversal War was a never ending loop. Kang always won and he probably knew a previous Loki that held the same role until he could retake the TVA, so that is why he wanted our Loki to take over. No one can figure out who wrote the TVA handbook because it was always there. I guess something in Doomsday will change the story to allow a break in the loop. Maybe Reed and Doom survived from the last war and are now in this fake F4 universe trying to find a way out.

I just still dont like the decision to recycle rdj as doom. He was successful as iron man because his natural personality matches the character. I do not care to see rdj being rdj as another character because doom deserves a fresh face (even though i dont like the skipping completely over his mangled face hence the mask) to play doom with their own style and sensibilities as an actor who also has love for von doom.

I think you are getting close . My theory is that there is only 1 variant of iron man in the MCU and that he is the fail safe for the sacred timeline . Just like Loki, Tony Stark was put in place by he who reminds to get adopted by Howard Stsrk and becomes iron man which who creates time travel . All the other universes have Dr Doom , the Tony or Victor who never got adopted by the Starks . So Iron man being on the sacred timeline makes perfect sense , and Dr Doom being played by RDJ makes perfect sense as well .

On the main timeline which is an imaginary timeline , He who remains wanted Victor be adopted by the Starks to develop time travel , just as a young Victor Timely received the book for the Tempura Lobe ? They are fail safes that were put in place by HWR .

Fantastic Four coming from the 616 is not a new rumor, however, the twist that they come from a version of it that predates the Multiversal War is new and I like it. I also like the idea that a timeline without Dr. Doom and the X-Men is a sort of perversion that we have been living in since 2008 because they threaten whatever He Who Remains was trying to create.

Hoping Doom survives SW like in the Hickman run, and enters the MCU reboot. Since Franklin remakes the universe and repairs Victors face at the end in the comics, peraps in the MCU he allows Doom to remain but his appearance is different (since this whole RDJ as Doom and IM is a plot point, perhaps Franklin alters Dooms appearance entirely). This would allow another actor like Mads Mikkelsen, Cillian Murphy, etc to take over the role for the foreseeable future since RDJ would be done after this. He should always be in the background scheming or as a looming threat going forward to everyone, if he is indeed going to be treated like a sort of reoccurring Loki type character as they said previously awhile back.

What is interesting to me is that no one is talking about Westview being sited in the first trailer. Could this whole world where F4 are be a giant Hex. Because the COMIC universe (not the one in Folsom PA, Shout out Frank!!), but the comic version of 616 IS the 'real' universe that Doom and the FF came from (fled?) when Kang made the sacred timeline 616 MCU, which we all can see is not REALLY the 6161universe... The "sacred timeline" is not fake. None of the alternate universes are fake. All of them are very much real. They may be different from one of the universes that existed before the multiversal war - but that doesn't make them fake. The sacred timeline was created after the destruction of the original multiverse. So were all the other currently existing timelines. But being new doesn't make them fake. Before the multiversal war, the universe Doom was allegedly from was just one of many universes within the former multiverse. Other universes that existed back then also differed greatly from each other. Surely in many of them Doom didn't exist either.

I am skeptical over this movie. We shall see. But it’s still a Kevin Feige production which leads me think it’s going to be terrible. I’d like to see someone who was in charge of the Fox/XMen-verse in charge over at Marvel Studios. I loved the original 2 F4 movies. That’s a high threshold for them to even match for me with this film. We shall see. I’m not terribly impressed with the cast.
