Will is exactly the kind of founder and CEO I would imagine. It’s It’s the surrounding network of wealthy people who have to rethink the way they are with their own self image I believe Will is exactly the type of meat in there that I would consider. Who is down-to-earth people person his head isn’t it of his own ass which can be seen or even felt from counterpart millionaires.

I really enjoyed this interview. I have had my own business for 20 years. It has been hard work and definitely taken over my life and spare time quite often, calls coming at any time that I have to respond to. I never employed anyone however. What I think about CEOs is that they serve. They serve a public need in the business they do, but they also serve in that they give people a job, a livelihood. People depend on this, and that is a lot of responsibility. And it does, or can, take them over too - "chewing glass, looking into the abyss" - powerful words. I like that Will's life hasn’t changed much, he still delivers, it is not about the money. And he looks actually relaxed on it. Hope he can enjoy some holidays too.

Interesting how different people deal different ways when they move to different countries. When I was 23 I left the UK and travelled around for 3 years, spent a year in Asia and then a couple years in Australia but never really thought about it as a business move. Yet guys like Will, and many others both ways, obviously capitalise on the culture differences and spot these gaps in the markets.

I'm binge-watching these podcasts 😂🤣😂 and thus far this is the most informative and insightful. I literally had an ah-ha moment that was a game-changer for me. At this point, I'm questioning the amount of money I spent on my MBA... 🤣😂🤣😂🤣

@@stag_beats Hi it’s Richard I would say it’s a cliché but surround yourself with great people and work smart and hard. 1% improvements each day

@@frenchconnectionshcb Hey Richard, thank you for taking the time to reply, and I agree, I think surrounding oneself with smart and experienced people is the best way to learn and correct mistakes. btw, I wanted to ask you how much profit does your company produces and you talked also about 1 percent improvement every day but can you specify in what area those improvements must be ?

@@frenchconnectionshcb That's great, sorry to bother you with my questions but what do you think is the major factor of the success of your company and if you had the chance to start over again what are the things that you would change.
