My grandma once got me a Sesame Street board game, made for 3-5 year olds, to teach basic color recognition, and simple counting. I was 9. And doing very well in school. Worse, she wanted to play it with me. She also bought me some truly awful, low production value religious videos, for kids. And wanted to sit next to me to make sure I watched them. 😅

The item at the 13 minute mark is a steam iron that is used for materials that can't be I ironed with a regular iron. Because a regular iron can get too hot and melt the material, the steam will release wrinkles without applying direct heat. It's the same concept that is used in dry cleaning. I've never actually been guilty of just "giving something of mine away" A couple christmases(?) ago I gave my cousin my old PS2. Coulda easily just chucked it in a box with nothing else and left it at that. No. Not only was it wrapped aproppriately, but I spent all night digging through a giant plastic crate of every video game disc and accessory I've ever owned in my life and tested every single one of them to see if they work. And if they did, spent another couple hours finding all the cases. A couple of the games I included were Mortal Kombat Armageddon, Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks, Bully, San Andreas, Twisted Metal Black, Kingdom Hearts and a BRAND NEW copy of Kingdom Hearts II. To this day he thanks me for it and says that Kingdom Hearts is his favourite game of all time. It's still one of the proudest moments of my life.
