I've passed this ground so many times on the train and it never entered my head to visit it, to be honest I didn't know you could do the tour. Thanks for this! Absolutely loving the content!

Yeah the train leaving Waterloo station goes directly passed this stadium. When leaving London on the train with my wife that day, she said there is a stadium there; I was like, that’s where I went today! It’s a decent stadium tour too and priced well at around £15. Most London stadium tours are £30!

Very enjoyable. Thanks for sharing. It should also be mentioned Millwall FC does an immense amount of work helping the local community in a wide variety of projects and schemes for which it's won many awards but for the most part the main stream media, who are always keen to denigrate the club and it's supporters at every opportunity, invariably chooses to ignore this aspect of the club and the work they do. MIIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLL

Hi, thank you Alan for your kind comment. An yes I saw the work Millwall FC do in the community. There was like a community centre outside the stadium area.

Hi Jona, I got that impression when I visited - good to hear too from a Millwall fan. The perception though from other fans would be slightly different to that view for some reason.

Hi, yes I was a little upset by this. As I always like to include the kit/new kit in my stadium tours. It was the same problem at Reading FC too in July.

Notice there was "NO" trophy cabinet....shame theres not a trophy for the worst behaved supporters they.d need a whole room for that silverware unbeatable of that title since the mid 60.s.👏👏👏👏🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁

Why does everyone say that about Millwall? Give us some examples of what they are like. An curious to know which team you support to have that opinion of them.

@@TheDockrays well maybe the lion heads was a clue as to who i support...MILLWALL since 1957...& Yes i.ve been through every scenario there is supporting such an iconic club...am i disheartened by there lack.of trophies am i bollox were what we are.. a little club with a huge reputation built on the foundations laid down by the Dockers n Steviedores way back..a no nonesense approach with extreme spitefulness when required and a natural unprecedented amount of violence prevalant back in the 60.s to present day...look at the amount of media attention plus the sheer volume of a police presence whenever Millwall are in towns n cities ...once at Upton Park when Millwall visited there over 900 police..dogs n horses...when Chelsea played Newcastle at Wembley 200 police..dogs n horses that gives you n anyone else an indication of the hysteria attached to such a lil club like Millwall...🤣🤣🦁🦁

@@SE16Proud ah ok thank you for the information. It’s just the language you used in your first comment made me think you didn’t like Millwall. For example you said, “they’d need a whole room for that silverware” instead of saying “we”. But now I understand. Thank you. I am originally from Blackpool, an I would say any local derby brings trouble at football. I.e. Blackpool v Preston or Blackburn v Burnley would be similar to West Ham v Millwall I would of presumed. But sounds like more police presence is needed at your local derby.

No photos of your trophy cabinet then 🤣

Hi, on 9.18 you will see some trophies in their history cabinet. Also to add, on 9.11 there is a big banner saying Division 2 champions - don’t know the year.

If Carlsberg did stadiums, this would probably be the worst in the country!! Absolutely horrendous!

Hi, I disagree; surely there are far worse stadiums in the lower leagues. Millwall actually is similar to the Preston North End stadium in my opinion; an quite a lot of people on here say they like Preston’s ground from around the world.

Exactly: don’t worry about it. It’s a competition, not a popularity contest.
