@@tammylester1387 it seems like today the school curriculum is scared to show the darker side of America. Like in my US History class in high school we spent more time learning what a flapper is over the battles and the strategies. My teacher told us that he just shows us what the school tells him to and that if we want to learn more we’d have to do it on our own time. We only did the pledge of allegiance in elementary school but after that it was only like once a week or on holidays that we had in school. I like learning about the darker side, like I get it not fun to talk about but to understand the future we have to learn about the past, I’m a strong believer in that. History does repeat itself and nothing will change if we don’t change how we think. When I have kids, I have a whole playlist on here that are educational in a lot of different things because I know the school will only teach them so much

It just does a disservice to our ancestors that lived through all the wars...the horrible things done to the indians that were here before us...the child labor that went on...slavery. It is our past. If kids arent taught our past mistakes, how will they know to try and nit repeat it in the future. I guess that i was blessed to have grown up in the time that i did. I live in Mississippi. I remember the first black in my school. I remember his name and just what a sweetheart he was. I know he had a hard time in 1969 being the only black kid at my school but that one young man made such an impression on my by how he carried himself that i still remember him. God is not in the national anthem,or in the pledge of allegiance to the flag, of any nation, because the national anthem and the pledge of allegiance, is to the image of the star spangled of heaven, and not to God. The idols of the nations are in the flags and the flags are high and lifted up on a flag pole, and the blind cannot see the idols of the nations high and lifted up on a flag pole, because the idols of the nations are made of fabric. Idolatry is through the pledge of allegiance to the flag and anthem. When the king of babylon the great played the anthem at the sound of music the babylonians bowed down to the ground and worshipped the image of the golden statue of the earth. When the US plays the anthem at the sound of music the US stand on their feet and worshipped the image of the star spangled of heaven with a song. When Israel plays the anthem at the sound of music the israelites stand on their feet and worshipped the image of the star remphan of heaven with a song Acts 7:43 When the nations play the anthem at the sound of music the nations stand on their feet and worshipped their idols with a song. The lost don't believe what God said in Exodus 20:3-5, and deuteronomy 4:15-19, not to make, or serve anything in the likeness of heaven above, or in the likeness of the earth below.

I haven't even gotten to your reaction but im already excited. Not only is it the national anthem of my country but it's done by a choir from my home state! Much love from the Bluegrass State from a guy living in the Hoosier State (Indiana)

The bottom line of the anthem is this: the British, with an overwhelming naval force intent on taking Ft. McHenry, agreed that when the flag (the "stars and stripes") fell at the fort the British won and owned it. The flag stayed up and later it was discovered that one man replaced each fallen defender, in order to keep that flag up. Eve Whelan is right, watch.

That’s also a main reason the USA flag is never dipped before foreign leaders, nor allowed by those who love the country, to ever touch the ground.
