Fun fact: On a recent creator commentary on this movie , alongside expressing frustration at having to edit around this movie's fight scenes, they pointed out that *technically* Piccolo is the strongest character in this movie, making it super ironic that he's handling the jobbers the whole movie when he probably could haven taken the army of Coolers on his own lol.

Also, apparently, the movie had a massive spoiler to the Japanese audience when it released. [SPOILER WARNING] It's because Dende was already the new Kami in the movie, while the actual series has not yet gotten to that point in time.

Yeah the movies were made not always the same people making the show, and the show would constantly be delayed and the series would restart on tv to give them time to catch up and the movies would just come out randomly lol... Also as for piccolo being the strongest technically yes, but also these movies did not happen to the characters fromt he show none of the movie things are cannon the actual series, except for the last 3 movies that were slightly redone and injected into super.

10:43 Cooler is teleporting here, its not super speed. Cooler is literally doing the same instant transmission technique that Goku does. In the original movie, part of the fight was done exclusively between Cooler and Goku after Vegeta arrives because he doesn't know that technique. This is why Vegeta originally gets frustrated with them both and tries to blast them indiscriminately.

Trivia: The beeps of the robots were done by Kirran Somerlade, AKA Lord Moonstone. Kirran was mainly part of the TFS gaming and streaming channels, but I believe he had a hand, occasionally, in the writing for DBZA (and possibly Hellsing Ultimate Abridged).
