I had started watching this and my battery got low so I had the video put in watch later.i learned to make that wet batter years ago it is indeed a life saver can also be used with can peaches. Save heavy syrup add it with the flour and it can save on the amount of milk and sugar seeing heavy syrup is sweet. So if you running low on milk and sugar then just know adding heavy syrup to milk. You can taste see if mixture is sweet enough.you can also freeze heavy syrup for something else like peach tea it's just sweet syrup. We have a full house have 2 teenage boys. Having lupus my hands will cramp up. So.i also freeze peaches use freezer bags. Got lot seasoned pans it's just flavor. I love the wet batter we used do this with bisquick mix. I was in the 4h club. Also took.home ex We have the big house in tenn also have home in fa. Due to my husband job hes mainly working from home during pandemic. I bought some hens and chicks uncle in his 90s take care the chickens and collect the eggs.in tenn have horses 2 per deer Barn cats, a dog. He boiled me 2 greenhouses. I mainly use ga address. I'm in ga every 3 months.but.i use both.for his job and safety reason or I use ga.address.i come home more than him.its a long story.don't know. Those who know me understand. I wanted to get some goats they can be noisy. Later might get a few pigs. Farmer up a ways supply us with goat milk and goat milk cheese and veggies.when he have a big crop. I love using the wet batter it's a short cut, quick and easy now you have showed others. Bless you Lesley not a lot know about the wet batter. Glad you showed how store and freeze peaches. That parchment can be used for lot things.ive had to explain to my husband it's not meant to be used as paper towel to drain fish or chicken.🙄.love him to pieces. Appreciate the recipe plus the freezing tip. We do have peach tree in tenn a pear tree in ga. They was ready last month.i talk to much. Love and respect and positivity always. Neita James. 👍💯💜🙏🤗👋.

One of a church ladies recipe I have had for years that’s similar to this recipe is the 1 Cup Cobbler.....Ingredients: 1 Cup of sugar, 1 Cup of milk, 1 Cup of self rising flour, 1 stick of butter and 1 Can of fruit pie filling. This is if you don’t have fresh fruit or AP flour. You mix the batter together. Melt the butter in the oven in the same dish you’ll prepare your cobbler in, pour your batter around in the butter. DO NOT STIR the butter in. Then spoon the pie filling in. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar on top! Delicious and oh so easy!!!
@neitajames60294 жыл бұрын
Thanks for letting others know they can use limes if you can that citrus acid you use to preserve can also be sprinkled on peaches so they don't brown when you peel peaches as well as apples even potatoes to keep from turning brown while you finish peeling. Put it in water when doing potatoes, apples.many who can fruit know this. Have not seen granny's site you speak of. I'd like know what her you tube channel is I don't do facebook or instantgram.as long as they on you tube I'm fine. Take care. Love to you and the family from me and mines. Neita james.👍🤗🙏👋

Use vinegar instead of bleach, one cup of vinegar and your laundry detergent will take away any odor without taking the color from your towels and clothes and nothing will smell like vinegar and just add your fabric softener to your rinse cycle or not. If the towels are really sour smelling then soak them overnight in the washing machine in a cup of vinegar and fill your machine up with cold water then the next morning wash as usual
@karenjones91493 жыл бұрын
Use vinegar it works better to rid smells in towels, and won't ruin your colored towels.

UGH! I bought 25 pounds of peaches from The Peach Truck. I froze them BUT I didn’t know to use the lemon juice. They are delicious BUT they turned brown.
