Brunch in A Crock Pot

Today's Crock Pot Recipe is a delicious Brunch!
Brunch in A Crock Pot
10 eggs
1 cup milk
hashbrowns (shredded or bars)
salt & pepper
garlic powder
3 cups shredded cheese
cooked sausage
1 chopped onion
1 chopped Jalapeño
bacon (optional)
Assemble per video instructions
Cook in Crock pot on high for approximately 2.5 hours

This is an unrelated question but the flooring in your house... is it wood or something else? We're about to renovate our kitchen and someone suggested luxury vinyl planks. I've been wondering if that was what you did as well or if it was real wood.

yes it is called loose lay vinyl plank flooring, it is good, they have different quality and thickness, get the good one!

I wanted to share this side dish with you. It is so good! Fried Apples and Yams, it only has 4 ingredients: 1 28-30 oz can of Yams, drained, 2-3 apples (Fuji works best, but any kind will do) cored and sliced, 1/2 stick of salted butter (more as they cook, if needed) and about 1/2 tightly packed brown sugar. Melt butter in a cast iron skillet, add apples, brown sugar and yams. Fry until apples are fork tender. Don't chop up the yams, leave them as they come out of the skillet, they will soften as they cook and won't be as big when done. These are so good. My mother used to make them with fried pork chops, stove top dressing and a vegetable and she'd always make up a pan of homemade yeast rolls. Enjoy.
