Days don't always turn out as planned. Cows get out, and dinners get canceled, but you must be flexible to avoid stress. This is what happened today, and I was able to jump right into Christmas Goody Making. But oh my! don't buy that cheese!

When you talked about always using your crackers salt side up it made me think of one of Daddy's sayings..."If it ain't broke, don't fix it"! Experience is the best teacher! When you talked about stinky cheese the first time I thought it may be limburger! I love to eat it but not smell it! I ordered a book for one of my grandsons but that's all I can do. Have never heard of ginger bread fudge... Our storm is coming today mainly bad weather from 4am to Sunday morning then slowly clear and be in the mid 60's for three days I think... Y'all are really enjoying the jellies... Will be saying prayers for the gentleman that has throat cancer and his family... That's a blessing to set up a fundraiser...... Leslie, I know you guys watch your grocery budget but I’d like to suggest you splurge a little bit on whole nutmeg and a microplane grater. I cannot explain what a huge difference freshly ground nutmeg is compared to the already ground nutmeg. Definitely worth the little bit of extra money. You won’t go back to the pre ground after you try fresh. 1000% better!

We have so many Walmart’s in our town that it isn’t nice. Because we are the home office of Walmart. Oh, we would live another market too. Anyway, our Walmarts are pretty much out of pasta too.
