Jamie and Caroline's boys remind me of my grandsons. They never sat still lol. One is now h vac worker and the other is in SC for boot camp at 17! We will be going there for graduation the first week of August! I can't wait! Caroline and Jamie don't blink they grow up really really really fast!❤

Dear Leslie, I didn’t mean to offend you about cooking on vacation. I totally understand what your saying about expenses. I just wondered why your daughter and husband don’t share the load of cooking 3 meals a day. I know my children would. You have an AMAZING view and great location❤. We always go out for supper. We stay on the beach all day and then my husband always liked to go from one place to another after we eat. We haven’t got to go on a vacation in 11 years so I’m sure now it would be all relaxing. Have a great time

We don’t cook lol we do get groceries for lunch, watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries and peaches sometimes apples and grapes lol breakfast is most of the time at mammys!! We chill on the beach and by the pool all day and then out for dinner and barefoot or Broadway or boardwalk. We are always doing something. Even when we go to most places we will walk a little and then sit and people watch!!

Yes, I keep my egg carton level so the eggs don't tip to one end and make me drop them. That is such an awesome view from your balcony. Wow... breakfast looks delicious. If you eat a big enough breakfast when it's just the two of you, the next meal will be a 4pm early supper. That's the beach way. That's a great tide pool for the kids and it doesn't look too crowded---then I heard you say just that. A perfect day on the beach. I want to make your party mix and the coffee you make too. Loving the pinks and blues of your shorts outfit on you!. I want to relax on vacation but the Barefoot Landing trip is a must. Either sitting right where you are or sitting on the beach. Everyone looks so nice for the dinner and tell Caroline she is stunning in that pink blouse. ( I'm commenting as I'm watching ) Showed my husband the menu and now we want to go. Oh man, the pocketbook saga, lol. Done that myself. For about 10 years back in the 80's and 90's, we camped beside Barefoot Landing and saw it being built. Just across the graveyard is the campground where we stayed. Daddy will do anything for their kids... way to go Bryant giving away your steak!!! Tesla, lol... let us know when you get yours and we'll get ours. The charging station is in Clemmons. Poor Arcadia where we live doesn't have one. The boys are cute dancing and dressed so nicely. The Kite Shop at Barefoot Landing is pretty cool I think. I can't stay away from the fudge either or saltwater taffy. Thanks for taking us along again and I like the new intros and the ending was very classy and pretty. See you tomorrow!! I didn't want this video to end.

Bryant was raised not taking vacations and we committed 25 years ago when we got married that we would save a little monthly for family vacations and that is how we have managed to get away.

@TheFarmingPastorsWife you know, we did try. There just wasn't enough to go around. HE promised and provided our needs. Once we were in Kroger, my daughter, who was about 4, asked, "Are we poor?". It was like an EF HUTTON commercial. Ppl turned to look, and I asked her, "What do you mean?". She said, "You know, Mommy, poor, 'por'." So I said the Mommy things. Well, we don't have as much as others, but we have more than some. Why? My sweet baby said. "Cause, when I want something, you always say we don't have the money." I never said that again. As she and her brother grew, they had the best we could give them. Christmas wasn't a big blowout. After all, the baby Jesus received only 3 gifts. So, what did all the working all the overtime do for us when we seemed to never have 2 nickels to rub together? I suppose I said all that to say this. I'm 76, and my children grew into wonderful adults. Raising beautiful families who have values and vacations. HE promised HE would never leave nor forsake us and HE still provides. 💞

I have a hard time paying to eat out. It’s so expensive and most of the time I’m thinking that I can make it better at home. We have made cruising our vacation of choice for the past 9 years. We pay one price, eat anytime, let them entertain us and we can do as much or as little as we choose. It’s the perfect vacation every time .
