Congrats on your manuscript! I just finished an ebook I was working on as a final project for my herb class. It's only 50 pgs and I know how long it took me 😅 If you mentioned this in the video I missed it but for anyone new to infused honeys, there's a higher risk of botulism if your herbs are not completely dried before infusing. Also there are some people that actually are allergic to Goldenrod (I was as a kid but got allergy testing done recently and that allergy is gone 🥳). If you're not sure try a skin test first or start with a very very small amount and see how you feel. Going foraging this week, can't wait to find some Goldenrod!

Congratulations on your book. You have been a busy lady and I've missed you. This video is so timely for me. My son is a recovering addict and I have been waiting for my goldenrod to bloom and wondering if an oxymel would work for goldenrod. He needs it mostly for pain and inflammation from an old injury and cannot take the narcotics he used to use. I'm praying this will give him some relief. He also has seasonal allergies so two birds with one stone. Thank you for sharing your wealth of information. 😊

My phone plant app says what I have is "tall" goldenrod but I'm scared to use it....Also, question about the honey....if you sweetened your hot cup of herbal tea with it, will the hot water from the tea kill off the goodness of the medicinal part of the honey?
