Another stunner of a vid, , I don’t think you realise how good you are at this, , , Your camera work is just brilliant- everything we need to see - it’s sharp, well framed and evenly lit , and then, “with your other hand “ you’re foraging expertly, for our benefit, , , so good to see you only taking “what you need “ and placing things back properly. I swear, sitting here miles away in Essex, I could smell that pot cooking! ! Great job! When you open the “Coastal Foraging Restaurant “ , I’d like to be your first customer, could I book my table now please?

Greetings. I am a new subscriber, finding your vids only yesterday. I envy your "hunts" and truly appreciate you taking the time to identify the "treasures" you find whether you keep them or not. I live in Florida and sadly do not have coastlines like this. If there were, I would visit them constantly, not to gather, but just to see what the tide brought in Your little man is precious. You're a wonderful Father and I admire you for teaching him to respect the sea life and the importance of only taking the mature specimens and no more than what you can eat. Sadly, parents like you are nearly extinct. Stay safe and be careful. I will be binge watching your other vids. Infinite blessings to you and yours always.

I've watched two of your vids now, and you remind me of my Granddad when you're teaching your kiddo. The way he would teach us when we went fishing with him was very much the same, and it makes me really happy to see. ☺️ Not only are you teaching him, you're teaching us, too, and now I'm really sad I don't live on the beach, because that all looks SO DELICIOUS!

hellsingmongrel - A lot of people wont agree with you but I feel that it is the best way for him to learn. I'm not in a wheelchair, yet, knock on wood, but I also have great mobility issues. I used to spend 90% of my time outside so these videos are a wonderful substitute. Being a Canadian Prairie girl, these are also a wonderful education. The only time I lived by a seashore was in the High Arctic and the most common form of marine wildlife I could encounter was a polar bear. Needless to say, we didn't seek them out! LOL
@TheFishLocker4 жыл бұрын
Sue Zoo - Wow. I think that would be something pretty spectacular seeing polar bears just cutting about the place. 😲
@suestoons4 жыл бұрын
@@TheFishLocker Spectacular, yes. Comfortable NOPE! I happen to have a severe bear phobia due to a black bear encounter when I was 5 years old. All I remember is that he stank really bad and I was really scared. Subsequent to that I was posted to two locations where the phrase "Caution Advised: Polar Bear On Runway" was a frequent occurrence. When we lived in Churchill all of us without kids would volunteer for Halloween so the parents could take the kidlets trick or treating. Being scared of bears, I wasn't comfortable joining the human ring around town with guns and fireworks to scare them away so I always worked the evening shift in the tower. I could help but not be too close LOL Churchill is also home to the famous Polar Bear Jail. Where problem bears are housed until they can be airlifted safely to a remote location. The bears congregate on the shore in the fall waiting for the ice to come in [they come inland for the summer to have their young] so they can go seal hunting. So they are HUNGRY and if the ice is late, a little frustrated. Absolutely NOT the time to go for a beach stroll LOL
