Thanks for this routine, and thanks for adding the lateral stretch, too. For the lateral stretch, as I'm very tight in the side body, can I modify it by using yoga blocks on each side so I can get in contact with the floor. What do you think?

Thank you for these. I'm a bit confused, though, can it really be done on a daily basis? Because I've heard the advice that intense stretches, such as loaded stretches, should be done every other day at the most (or with even lower frequency)...Or should these be five exercises be done at a relatively low intensity, if done daily? Cheers.

In the guide you can download it says 2-4 days/week 😊

You can do it daily yes! It depends on how you make the exercise not the exercise itself. As long as you don’t overdo it every day (like everything in life) you can do it daily. In the guide I say up to 4 because that’s what most people can afford, but a daily routine with these would highly be beneficial!

Le posizioni in cui devo tenere il dorso del piede schiacciato verso il muro riesco a farle in maniera sorprendentemente facile Tutte quelle in cui devo tenere la schiena dritta mentre mi piego in avanti (o lateralmente) divento un orco inguardabile. Il quinto esercizio dove tu ti pieghi toccandoti le caviglie con la schiena perfettamente dritta sarà un risultato che raggiungerò forse in anni!

@@theflexibilityguy I try to do at least 20 minutes stretching every night before going to bed, (I train bodybuilding 5 times per week in the early morning). Slowly I will try to extend the stretching time otherwise I won't improve anything

For Windmill Lateral Stretch, should the upper hand be stacked on top of the lower hand so that it forms a perpendicular line relative to the floor?
