tks. it was perfect. when doing the front split legs open, I watch somewhere that is preferred to move the back leg instead the front

I always struggle to know how to position my ankle and feet when I practice my side split. I have been trying for a while now to improve my side split but struggling to see results. I will try these exercises, thank you!

That's normal. Make sure your knees rest on something soft and get progressively deeper.
