5:35 What does dipping the piping hot plates in water do?
@TexasISPDude2 ай бұрын
I use cast iron and stainless steel in my cooking and sometimes after heating them up, small particles of carbon are visibly separating from the seasoning. So you get it hot, dip in water and it cleans it basically.
@KarmaticEvolution2 ай бұрын
@@TexasISPDude Ahh...TY for the reply and information!
@TexasISPDude2 ай бұрын
@KarmaticEvolution np you can see the carbon flaking just prior to your timestamp, and the dirty water in the bowl after, but it's not really dirty just carbon, it's the only thing that exists on that pan while being fired up like that to a high degree.

That battered whole chicken surely can’t have been cooked enough?
@bhentehquatroh12 ай бұрын
It is pre-cooked half way. They fry it again when a customer orders. That way, the chicken is cooked through and it is hot and fresh for the customer to eat. I have seen plenty of Korean food vendor videos that have done the same technique. I was able to see this in person as well when I went to Korea back in 2016. I hope that helps with your question.

@joseantoniogomez6753Ай бұрын
No cuadra.
