ASMR - All About Wine (History, Making, Tasting...)

Here is a new ASMR story about the world of wine. For tonight's talk, I invite you to explore its history from the very beginning, including the history of famous wine regions like Bordeaux and Champagne. We also make a little wine tasting session and I explain the most important elements that distinguish the styles of wines, the varieties of grapes, the terroirs, as well as a few tips about tasting, storage and how to make the best of it!

Some people (Including myself) feel nervous ordering wine. There's always that fear of getting judged, but you made it a point to reassure everyone that they're free to enjoy their wine however they like. That was very sweet!

It's interesting the sales of bottles to end users have gone up pretty significantly but due to the collapse of the restaurant industry, the overall sales of units have not gone up as much, or even declines for many distributors, depending on the sales compositions of their portfolios

Ahh, Châteauneuf du Pape is also my mum's favourite! (I myself prefer lightly fruity whites.) And even though I've heard this fact before, I still think it's wild that historical cultures like the Greeks diluted their wine so heavily. We'd all be uncultured drunkards to them nowadays, even the wine snobs.

I try to, but I have my limitatons on science because I am really just an amateur, and I would hate to misrepresent things. For example I thought about making a video about quantum physics and the string theory, but I had to conclude I didn't understand them well enough to vulgarise properly...
