my favorite part of living in the south is the wildlife! i check my porch every night because theres always something interesting. ive had everything from turkeys to a family of goats to raccoons to deer show up on my porch (even got the turkey to come inside lol). now i live in the suburbs (used to only have 2 neighbors, and miles of field in every direction) so havent seen any goats or turkeys in a while, but i still find all kinds of interesting frogs, toads, lizards, bugs, birds, and small furry guys, like opossums on a regular basis. its honestly the main reason i dont think ill ever permanently leave my hometown. i just love the critters!

MR. FROG!!!! When we moved to Florida, the first night we saw him. We were in love with him on first sight!! After a few month we kind of lost that loving feeling, there were hundredths of them, they moved in behind our shutters and pooped all over our white house. We still loved them but cursed them went we cleaned. Lol We have moved back to New Hampshire and miss them. So excited about your new journey and new home. Love to you both.💜💜💜

I’m am so thankful to see you smiling Mary. You look like you are feeling so much better. One minute at a time, one dose of Vertex at a time and one dose of antibiotics at a time! Thank you Lord, for giving Mary a better day and a new green friend! If he keeps coming around, you will have to name the little guy. I do have a question, how in the world are you going to get the loveseat up to the third floor around that tight corner? That will be very interesting! Sending you big hugs 🤗 as always. God Bless you!
@kimbo5005 жыл бұрын
Angela Fischer, When I lived in an apartment in Chicago, I learned after some struggling with getting my furniture...that if I put the sofa/loveseat on it's end (so it stood really tall), I could then just rotate it around those tight corners. Of course your ceilings have to be the right height for the the length of the sofa....but it worked like a charm for me! Hope someone finds this tip helpful, if they find themselves in a bind! :)

I live in northeast Georgia and once saw what I thought was a rat snake in the flowerbed. I bent down to get a better look and realized that it was in fact two mock glass lizards (usually in Florida). I gave them a fright, unfortunately, and therefore singlehandedly prevented the furthering of the species (yeah, that’s why I thought it was a snake 😂). But they were beautiful!

Couldnt figure it out until I was in there cleaning it one day and a frog came up through the toilet and hopped out. I couldnt believe it! It was the girls bathroom and needless to say, they weren't going to the bathroom in there. It was either downstairs or our bathroom. I cant blame them I wouldnt go in there either. The geckos are really cute and they do get in the house.
