Love the 'learn your keyboard shortcuts' tip at 17:52. It not only makes one faster, but also helps you to explore things you otherwise probably wouldn't do, because it's just too much effort to do it manually. I barely used the mirror tool or boolean operators in Affinity Designer, as they did not have keyboard shortcuts out of the box. My whole workflow changed drastically when I applied my own shortcuts to them. It's totally worth spending a bit extra effort here! Thanks for the great tips!

I have beeen trying to learn about these modern asymmetric typography posters for a while. What drives me INSANE is the code lines, symbols and interfaces used in camera, and the unequally distributed series of zeros with spaces between them. All these minor visual design elements that doesn’t directly communicate anything to the audience but serve as great balancers for an asymmetric design. Do they have meanings or rationale as to why they are the way they are or, as long as it serve the balance of the design, do you just place it wherever with whatever looks nice? Also, do you guys make these lines of codes and symbols or is it downloaded from somewhere? Any information would be much appreciated I have been trying to find the answer about these thing for too long without getting anywhere.

Those of you wondering where the posters are, they are put up on a wall at Blind, some videos feature those posters

Being a gamer, it's a lot more easier to learn the shortcuts then otherwise. My girlfriend struggles with shortcuts, and it pisses both of us off. On the last design, i don't quite agree with Chris. When he moved the futur logo on the right, he created a massive hole in the poster on the left which wasn't there when the logo was on the left hand side.

There was a lot of noises in the background and it was a bit disracting, especially with listening over headphones. Great video anyway, full of value! Love your show guys.

Yes. Seems they're shifting some of the old videos from The Futur to The Futur Academy channel.

@@MatthewEncina will the old videos on the other channel be deleted then? Should we update saved content then with those reuploads?
