If you are gonna rely on organic search results then you better invest in SEO, also google favorites .com domains especially if they have been registered for years and have linkbacks. so "webdesignLA .com" will have favoritism over "webdesign .la" or "webdesignLA .design". Also remember most of these fancy domains already are established businesses in .com, so if you register superdesigner .Agency and market that name when your client searches for "super designer agency" they are gonna be greeted by the .com agency of someone else or worse! a parked domain with lewd imagery. So yeah, better secure that .com or your country TLD for localized SEO
