Join me for a quick 10 minute toned arms workout to create great muscle tone and strength in the arms, shoulders and upper back- no equipment necessary. A simple, effective workout that will bring results with regular and consistent practice. If you want to see and feel results I recommend you do this at least three times a week for a minimum of six weeks.

Amazing, I did have to put my arms down halfway through, so the goal is to do this workout all the way through without dropping my arms. I usually do an arm workout with light weights and can honestly say that this workout was far more challenging, thanks again.

I'm loving this workout and have been coming back to it regularly! I am usually intimidated by arm strength exercises, but this workout is so accessible and I really appreciate that it's equipment-free. Here's hoping for a Part 2 someday!

Hello Rachel, I hope you are okay, you've had a difficult few weeks. Just did this video, short and sweet , thank you. Am currently home in Australia for Christmas holidays, not back in Switzerland until end of January, loving the warmer weather. I had an injury to my right shoulder. The pain has mostly gone but I lack flexibility and some movement. This workout really helps, thank you. Something similar combining toning and stretching would be a bonus. Thanks again

Since your intro video includes a farm scene and animals, I thought I’d share how I incorporated this workout today. We have some older farm animals that we need to isolate from the others when eating, which means about 10 minutes of down time for me after doing all the chores. Instead of sitting down & scrolling social media, I decided to prop my phone on the bales of hay & do these arm exercises! It was nearly perfect timing with the animals routine! Thanks for this quick, productive workout!

Dear Rachel Thanks for this work out. I hope you got over the first shock about your father. My father died 25 years ago and I still "talk" to him. It is true, our loved one do not leave us, they stay with us.
