Great stretches in all the right places. Confession: after 3 years I still cannot do a roll down /roll up from the floor. But I modify and know my core is still challenged

Thankyou.... Did all but not all the circular legs and I do still find walking my feet to the complete folded over pisition impossiblecwith my damaged right ankle but I do it yo almost that point. Im not giving up but am continuing to challenge myself in trying more muxed ability workouts. Loving it! And blessing you always!

1 month on and I am able to do the leg circles... walking in to folded over pisition still a struggle but otherwise able to do all these moves. Thank you.
