Didnt manage it live, but caught up later x Thank you Rachel. I’ve not done much in the way of Pilates over the past few weeks, I was hit by a bout of Shingles, and have been battling with my Fibromyalgia. Determined to get back to a better level of fitness over the coming weeks with you xx

Oh, dear, I haven’t started off very well, missing the first live! I’m afraid this time of day is a tough match for me, but I did it just now, before lunch. Wonderful brief, effective standing session, helps me work on my balance and ataxia deficits, and get those muscles warm! Happy new year to Rachel, Kerwin, Boo, and my dear fellow Rachelettes! (Great nickname for our community, hat tip to Lily Mars for thinking of it!)😊❤
