Really awesome video. The only bit I don’t agree on is that the GTM should come after the positioning and messaging. To me, the GTM informs me on how to position and message my very targeted segment. And these two pillars will vary depending on the verticals. But be interested to hear your thoughts.

What about budget allocation for each of the activities and tracking expenses for using e.g. Fiverr freelancers and influencers? I imagine you'd have a specific amount allocated for rolling out your plan that you'd have to report on. How would you go about managing that? I really enjoyed this video and the execution plan, but I feel that the financial side of the GTM strategy is missing from an otherwise great series. Would love to see a video on that. ☺

Like the layout and the plan, but im curious from a PMM perspective how and who should be executing on these individual apects and what the resources are in terms of that - for example it's simple to say we'll use guest bloggers and influencers to promite organically, but for a pre-launched product from a small startup that is much easier said than done.
