Great breakdown Henry! Question, in your pre-launch you put down 3 months as the Timeline but all of the tasks in the pre-launch were targeted to be done in a month. In the timeline on the pre-launch would you put 1 month or leave it at 3 month timeline if the whole plan was going to be 3 months from pre-launch, launch and post?
