Glad you used a bigger guy for the demo. I've seen a lot of other videos who use a smaller guy and it's laughable. thanks for the mental breakdown as well...spending time getting squashed while performing a task helps! looking forward to giving this a go Coach! can't say enough Thanks!

Great video. Any advice on how to prevent the mount from happening while working for the lapel? Thank you for making this stuff available.

When you make the top light due to pulling the kimono, is there a reason to not bridge and sweep the opponent by turning into them and taking side control?

I really could have used this yesterday! Lol I was in open roll and most of the people are much heavier. I roll with one guy that is my height but double my weight (I'm a skinny dude).

As a really lanky guy myself, I know the feeling! Hopefully this saves you some headaches on the mats (-: Coach Tom

im tecnical but the heavy guy at my school i really want to loose they weight so they have no more excuses lol

Great stuff! Having been both heavy and light myself, it is handy when they have no excuses! You also find out where your weight or strength were hiding lapses in technique. Although if you are technical and heavy I am sure you are a nightmare for students on your mat! (-: Happy rolling - Coach Tom
