Two things I consistently love about your videos: 1) I always learn something (ice cubes for steam AND timing!?) and 2) Variety! This isn’t some “57 ways to griddle burgers” channel. You have great creativity and wander off into all sorts of fantastic recipes with all different sorts of ingredients. Thanks guys!

Great video fellas! I must share though...I pulled off "Junesgiving" today. An 18lb turkey on the smoker...and all the sides done on my 36" Blackstone. Homemade greenbean casserole, sweet taters, and (sorry not mashed potatoes...but...) 6 quarts of personally canned cubed potatoes. Holy crap guys...what a success. I just finished putting leftovers away. I had about 20 fellow Junesgiving celebrators...nothing but happy faces and full bellies! I hope you guys are well....and much love.

I have been doing these on my 36 for a while. And yes that sucker will take a ton on at a time I have a steamer lid for a restaurant pan and that covers for steam. Will have to try the ice trick. That is a new one on me. Zest and juice a lime into the dipping sauce. Great cook boys. Keep the content coming!!!!

Totally enjoy the three of you. Did the pot stickers tonight and they were most excellent. Everyone loves them. Didn’t use the soy sauce in the meet but some olive oil as a binder and kept things moist and less salty. Dipping sauce was a hit also. Thanks and keep the videos coming.

Great video as always! Could I make stuff these ahead of time and freeze them? Then when i'm camping i can steam them up. I would imagine that would work? Maybe freeze them on a sheet pan so they don't stick together. Once froze through them in a zip lock and call it a day!

Why don’t you buy magnets from Amazon and put a handle on them round Earth magnets they worked and nuts and you could buy a pot handle on Amazon like I did and make a magnet handle for your aluminum pans a magnet and a washer
@patram48803 жыл бұрын
Why don’t you get a magnet for that aluminum foil like I did go on Amazon and get a pot handle and a earth magnet with the washer on the bottom and you don’t need to use those tongues tongues
