I don't. I prefer dating outside my race, I prefer doing that than being with my race, it's not insecurities or anything. Everyone just expects you to marry someone in your race, marry a girl who's the same nationality as you so I don't really find it interesting anymore. I want someone just opposite from me. I've liked black girls all my life so when you see a new race or girl with nationality you get interested in them and want to be with them because they are different from you. My friend has been harrassing a kid in our 6th period because she has had a mega crush on him for three years. He's rejected her so many times and has asked her to leave hin alone because she is getting extremely touchy and makes him feel uncomfortable. What makes it REALLY sad is that it's only because he's Asian and she's obsessed with Asians. She even says white is 'bland' and black is 'ugly'. She harasses other asians too, saying that 'their bodies were basically made for the pleasuring of others.' He's just her favorite, apparently. I’m a black woman who doesn’t get offended when asked where I’m from. People ask because I look different from the native white population and are naturally curious . White people with accents or foreign sounding names get asked the same questions too. So it’s not about colour. A white person in Africa would face the same. I’ve never had any issues with people touching my hair nor for noticing that my skin gets darker after my hols. I’m not offended firstly because there’s no offence intended. Secondly, because I’m not some hypersensitive weakling who moans about the tiniest slight.

If you're only dating someone because of their looks then you're really shallow. I'd hardly date someone merely because of their skin colour, though I cannot deny I find a lot more attractive women with darker skin. I can't really judge were she is "from" by her features and keeping up on racial stereotypes would be exhausting so don't patronise me with belief code nonsense. I simply make an instinctual judgement of attractiveness after a brief look and generally my instincts settle on brown women bring generally more attractive. Though if I was to find a parter not I'd need to settle down with someone who has more than looks.

I've briefly visited a few dating platforms and there does seem to be a common feature of swiping left or right at people's faces. Batman Because culturally African Americans have been oppressed and discriminated against that. That they developed their own distinct community and culture. You can only see this in America’s black power movement and black is beautiful movement and also America’s anti miscegenation laws that didn’t allow black to intermarry. Britain on the other other hand never had anti miscegenation laws or discrimination laws. So to an extent African brits were more welcomed and intermarriage wasn’t a taboo.
