It's bad luck to break the noodles. Long noodles are a symbol of long life. When you cut them you cut your life short. According to some asian traditions.
@ritsufrosch23397 жыл бұрын
Also I think it is way more fun, too eat them if they are not broken into pieces, and to be honest also way easier. It is quiet a hassle to grab them with the chopsticks, if they are so small. °〰°

You might try adding miso to the broth. It's tasty. And to get a richer more traditional tasting broth, add a bit of tahini. That's a trick from the Viet vegan 😋

Love this recipe. First Time I tried ramen. To avoid making a mess with your blender, only poor 1/4 liter of water in it. They mix everything in the casserole. You can even use two table spoon of the concentrated stock in your blender as a dressing for your mushrooms instead of the tamari

So you're aware, there's normally supposed to be a thick sauce at the bottom of the bowl that, when you stir it in, adds an extra dimension of flavour. To keep the time spent on the dish low, you could easily take a dollup of Miso (you don't want to boil this anyway as it's LOADED with nutrients), or even just spread some Hoisin or Tonkatsu sauce on the bottom. :)

30 minutes- Pre-prep, two people, and clean up. Still way faster, healthier, tastier and cheaper than eating out. I never add anything hot to my blender. I just put whatever I want added to soup with a cup or two of water or my free vegetable stock,, blend and then add to my my simmering food. I wonder if you glued half of a rubbery ball to the top of your blender enclosure, would it hold your lid on?
