Thank you for another great video. It would be awesome if you talk more about kombucha. Maybe separate video. I make kombucha myself and I love it. My 5 year old daughter love it too and always ask for more. But I'm afraid to give her too much. What is your opinion? Do your kids drink kambucha? Thanks

As always, very nice, positive video and great food! But now, I have a question not about your food, but about your impressive muscles and strength! Had you trained something special before yoga and your daily workout routine? Any strength training , heavy weights, or maybe team sport? It seems impossible to me to reach those effects without going to the gym and only doing yoga and some exercises everyday!

+Małgorzata Bukowczyk We've always played sports, and we do strength training as well as yoga Malgorzata. You can see what we do in detail if you have a look at our vlogs 😀

Trying to keep to 1200 calories a day. Is this doable and stay full? I'd love to give it a try. Thanks, you're both always so positive.

Can you tell me why you don't eat dairy? My son has a bad dairy intolerance and my family are always telling me how children need it and how I should introduce it back in his diet. I give him a calcium supplement and also try and get food with lots of calcium in it but would like your thoughts on dairy...thx 😀

Well I can't tell you why they don't eat dairy, but it's really bad for your health. It's full of fat and hormones that are meant for a baby cow to grow into a big cow, all hormones that we do not need and can get sick from. Diabetes Type 1 for example is associated with dairy consumption, obesity is a result as well. In terms of calcium there are by far better sources! Leafy green vegetables for example, fortified plant milks, almonds... just have a look. Also, we are supposed to be lactose intolerant after having been weened off of breast milk. There are around 70% of people on this planet with lactose 'intolerance'. And that's normal! You could have a look into that as well. Also just think why we drink cows milk specifically. Why not giraffe? Or ape, since they are closer to us than cows? No other mammal drinks breast milk after infancy because they do not need to and neither do we. We've been consuming dairy only for around 6000 years, yet our ancestors had to get their calcium somehow ;) Oh and one last point to consider, the countries with the highest intake of dairy are also the countries with the highest number of osteoporosis. You might wanna check out Dr Greger over at nutritionfacts. org for more info.

+AliceLeftWonderland thanks. I always like to get messages like this as it helps keep my mind clear as to why I'm keeping him off dairy. My son has epilepsy and I sometimes feel guilty that he may not be getting enough calcium but I give him broccoli everyday, he also has energy balls that I fill with chia seeds and nuts and as much fortified foods as possible 😀
