20 years ago I paid $50 dollars for a stop smoking seminar. I had just finished reading Alan Carr’s book, Easy way to stop smoking. It was a 1-2 knockout punch to my two plus pack a day smoking habit. People can laugh but my kids never saw their Dad smoke. Best money I ever spent.

@@frankiesmith5638 The book really is what did it for me. I stumbled across mine at a bookstore back then. I think online now would be your best bet. @frankiesmith5638 I was an alcoholic for 20 years. Read The Alan Carr book first, made sense, but it was the seminar which made me quit. Just over 5 years ago I went. Didn't feel any different when I came out....until I went to buy a drink, realised I didn't want it. Been through some really tough times including losing my mum since. Not at 1 point have I even thought of having a drink. Amazing how it works, no will power required as I just have no interest in drinking since. My Dad used it for smoking over 30 years ago, and it worked exactly the same for him. Look up online, they're usually on in London. They offer a money back guarantee....it really is that good. Will be the best money you ever spend. 👍

@@valeriesnyder2157 I wrote a long article on how I did it. But for an unknown reason, youtube doesn't let me post it(YT algorithm is stupid!!). So, I am trying the shorter and a different one..... The technique is simple: imagine something ugly in your visualilzation session, while in hypnotic/meditative state. Visualize that you are actually inhaling something ugly while 'sm/o/ing'. I used "snakes". I visualized that my cig**** turned into a snake which was biting me, entering in my throat as I attempt to smo/ke.....etc. I hope you got the idea.

High histamine can drive insomnia and mold exposure as well as certain foods or other exposures can drive histamine(got the DAO enzyme?). Magnesium glycinate and or Epsom salt baths. The herb Kava kava. B vitamins can help with stress(some get insomnia with B6 or vit D.) Get plenty of exercise during the day time ending 2-3hrs prior to bed time.

@Pete-b2z Жыл бұрын
Perhaps your hypnotherapist wasn’t a particularly good one? Phobias are a distorted reality that we get into our heads which can be resolved. My fear of heights was resolved by my subconscious mind whilst watching someone dealing with their fear of spiders. Essentially the therapist was saying ‘some spiders can kill you so it’s a good idea to know which ones and how to avoid them, but here in the UK they can’t hurt you’. For me it was sensible to avoid jumping off a high place because it might kill me, but just because I was in a high place it didn’t mean I was going to jump. Likewise, some dogs bite so we’re as well not to randomly walk up to one and start fussing it, but the likelihood of walking along minding our own business and randomly getting attacked by a dog is as minuscule as getting hit by lightening. A good therapist will get that perspective back for you and McKenna was trained by the best, Richard Bandler.

The client does the work to create new neural pathways not the hypnotherapist. The latter simply guides the client to reconnect with their innate strengths and capabilities. Any therapist or coach that says they can make someone do something is misleading others.
