이건 선조가 억울할일이죠. 당시 수군 예산은 자체적인 징세권이 있어서 하삼도 예산의 1/3정도가 수군에게 들어가죠. 요즘처럼 징세해서 내려주는게 아니라 자체적인 징세권을 주죠. 임진왜란 발발후는 징세 자체가 거의 안돼서 명에서 보급해서 경상도까지 보냈는데 보급루트가 개망이라 보급품이 소량만 조달되서 대규모 작전자체가 안되었죠. 즉 당시에 보급사정이 가장 좋았던건 수군이 맞습니다. 적어도 예산을 빼지는 않았다는거죠. 추가로 조달하기에는당시 조정사정이 만만한게 아니죠. 안한게 아니라 할려고 해도 불가능했다고 봐야죠. 도상작전으로 수군작전에 심각하게 개입한건 맞지만 예산은 당시 온전했던 전라도의 징세권을 건들지 않았던것 만으로 최선을 다했다고 봅니다.

It's intriguing to me that foreginers watch a korean movie,which is especially about history-based fact. I respect the admiral, Lee soon sin, in this movie the most. I'm sure that the admiral of Chosun ,Lee soon sin, is as great as Lelson of the Great Britain. The war between Chosun(that is now Korea) and Japan is very crucial at that time in east asia. Ok if I have to tell you this This is non fiction historical movie. I was very offended at the point you guys are talking like that never happened in the history. I can understand that you can hardly believe that truth in the movie only 13 ships against over 300 ships, but before you doubt whether that is historical truth or not, might want to do research first.
