Listening at 21:30 on what's been the worst day so far however in spite of being unproductive, suicidal, unemployed, lonely, depressed, angry etc I will not give up. I am worthy of living. I am worthy of better. I am worthy of peace.

I haven't felt peaceful since my boyfriend walked out on me leaving me homeless with my 4 pets I don't know what to do I can't overcome feeling deeply depressed

@@maryfortman202 try and focus on physical health like eating well to distract yourself and make sure you have a fun relaxing habit like knitting, these things really helped reduce my depressive episodes. i really hope you get better

​@@maryfortman202 Sorry for your predicament... but.. remember ALL relationship's are a 2 person affair. It's not what happened with the other but how you react to it.Your blaming him does not improve your situation it paralyzes you as a victim. Once you get beyond the shock of what happened happened,you can move on. Life is a series of unsettling events that shatter our naivety. I hope you have found homes for your pets you cannot help them till you have helped yourself. As it says in the directions on planes you must put your oxygen mask on first before coming to the aid of anyone else.

11 months ago someone wrote this not knowing 11 months later that a sweet lady I met over 40 years ago would become like my 2nd mom passed away 5 hours ago while I w as out of town. I went to this meditation by the HONEST GUYS looking for peace. This has been and will always be the guided meditation I used when I know I need results. It will pass eventually. Try to think of something to look forward to when it ends. Maybe a day out or a wander round the shops even. I'm planning a trip to the coast, hopefully in sunny weather!

I don't know if you guys will see this, but thank you, thank you, thank you - from the bottom of my heart. I suffer from PTSD (chronic incest/physical abuse as a child), and lately, my hypervigilance symptoms have been ridiculous. Insomnia? Oh yeah. Feeling totally afraid all the time? Haha, yep. But this. This is a miraculous guided meditation. My therapist talks all of the time about using grounding techniques, being present in my body, and nothing has helped as much as guided meditations, and you guys probably have the best channel ever for this. It helps me feel calm and SAFE. Whoever does the speaking has an absolutely divine voice, safe and calming, and feeling safe is so rare for me so I'm so incredibly grateful that this channel exists. Thank you.

First time listening to this and I just cried while my eyes closed. These past few years, I've been desperate for a calm mind and always begging for my mind to stop. This video is powerful and really helped me on my migraine. This is best for depressed souls as well. Thank you.

It’s really hard for me to meditate because of PTSD. I really want to meditate. I just listened to this and oh my god. When you counted down to 0... I swear, something came over me. I was filled with light and laughter and felt so relaxed. I have tried so many times to meditate and I have not been successful until this video. Wow. Thank you. Also- for anyone who struggles staying calm for this long. After I was in this peaceful state for about one minute, I started to freak out for a second. And I just told myself “I deserve peace. I deserve calm. It is okay to be happy. It is safe in peace. I am safe in peace. There is nothing to worry about here.” And that really helped me get back into meditation. Maybe that will help someone else !

KristeNicoleMusic hey Nicole, id just like to share my experience which might be helpful to you. I had relatively frequent panic attacks for a year due to some accident, and the only thing that made it go away was cognitive behavioral therapy. I agree this really calms down but its only temporary solution and now i just use this to lower stress from uni and life generally. A good therapists does wonders! Hope this helps

YourSoBeautiful143 my 5 year old brother also has guided meditation before bed I used to think it was stupid, now I believe we should be teaching everyone at an early age to find their inner piece and to help them be more at peace with themselves at an early stage in life. maybe it will combat the mass anxiety that our generation goes through.

I’ve been experiencing a lot of anxiety and panic attacks. I always try natural treatments before I turn to medicine. I cut caffeine out and I’m trying out meditation as well. This video was amazing, As I listened to the ocean it reminded me of Gods power and love. Jesus is walking with us every step of the way. Thank you & God bless

I started listening to this when I lived in Florida. I would often drive to the ocean to relax, but when my panic attacks caused me to shake uncontrollably, I had to find a replacement. I somehow found this gem, which has kept me calm for 5 years now. In fact, sometimes just turning it on has Pavlov trained me to shake less and instantly relax from the worst anxiety. Thank you, Honest Guys.

I haven't meditated for a while. I got caught in a negative thinking pattern last night and knew I needed to return to meditation. I'm a big fan of your content. This video calmed my mind, body and soul and when I returned to my awakened state I had a huge laughing fit. I now feel on top of the world. Meditation is so powerful

it indeed is very normal! just listen to all the thoughts with a distance, they are just some product of your busy brain. Listen to them as you are aware those are your thoughts and your brain processes them all by itself, no need for you to do any thinking at all and they'll slowly give way to a deep relaxation without any unsettling thoughts :)

Meditating is the best high I’ve ever endured in this life. I was feeling really anxious so I took a hot shower then I changed it to iced cold to wake myself up. I put my headphones in my ear and turned this video on. Absolutely amazing. It truly is a blessing 🧡

I've spent the last 4 years studying myself (life) deeply. After having learned so much, I'm much happier. The world simply makes more sense to me now. From that, I feel less confused, and more at peace. Understanding how my mind works has transformed my life. I have achieved (unlocked, really) much higher levels of control over my life. If you want control over your life, learn to control yourself. If you want to rule the world, you need only learn to rule yourself. If you want to learn about life, learn about yourself.

This was the first guided meditation I've ever done. Honestly, always thought this kind of thing was silly, and pointless. I just had a baby a month ago. Had a rough pregnancy, and then a c section. Struggling with the pain from that, taking care of my man and my kids, and the house... I stay stressed, and at times just plain frustrated. I love my life and my family, but at times it feels overwhelming. This video helped me a lot. I found it 2 days before I tried it. I wouldn't even listen to it till I had time to actually try it. I dropped my son off at school, came home, the baby was asleep, so I put her in her bed. I turned off the lights, turned the fan on, and climbed into bed. I searched the video, and thought about how silly I was and that it would never work.... I pushed play. And was blown away. My favorite part was the breathing parts. It helped tremendously. I fell asleep before the video even ended. And then, I swear I could hear the video over and over in my sleep. I woke up feeling refreshed. I can't wait to do this video again. It may sound crazy but I wondered if it would still have the same effect on me. I was worried that since I've done it once that it won't work again. We shall see!! I have probably watched this video 100 times and counting. This video really helps me relax any time of day or night. Occasionally, it helps with panic attacks. Mostly it helps me slow down my mind so I can sleep. Thank you sooo much for this, and all your other videos. I always look forward to the new videos every week.

This was my first meditation, it felt like seconds, the time flew by without noticing, at a moment i felt like another pair of eyes have opened and i could see my mind from beneath, i healed part of brain that was suffering from heavy load and i said to it everything will be fine, then i tried to make these eyes look at my heart and it was heavy, then suddenly this cloudy dark you see when you close your eyes is becoming clearer and steadier, at that moment i felt with all of my body as one thing very calm and united, i felt at peace and before i know it the time has passed, i could've stayed like that for longer time and I'm looking forward to it. Thank you

For a long time I stopped practicing meditation. Today I randomly picked out this guided meditation as I view the image of the ocean waves that caught my attention. My younger years been close to the sea and rivers brought to be great relaxation and connection with nature and my inner self. Nowadays anxiety, fear, depression, stress ,etc, etc, were building up,,, making me sick, ...but not today. Thanks TheHonestGuys for this excellent and calming guided meditation, it's a good start for me....Feeling relaxed and optimistic... there's much more to explore and experience here.... Good one so far my longest time was 15min but now it's 18min and I wanted to continue more. I actually started crying. I found out I was holding a lot of negative emotion in and I think my mind and body finally just released it. I feel more relaxed now and clear.

When he started counting down i was like "I'm probably not going to feel any change when he says 1". As soon as he said "One" I fell into this deep, calm, meditative state. It was amazing. Think I'm gonna try meditation more often.

Hi, I'm 20 and I've just started my first ever proper job and it's full time! I started 4 days ago and I'm struggling a lot with tiredness and terrible anxiety. I listen to this while I eat my apple in the morning and before I go to bed at night, and listen to your other relaxation music while I'm at the office through headphones. You guys are helping me a lot; everything is so tough and scary right now.

Hi everyone, today I was feeling so stressed, between my health problems and my brother being on life support due to alcoholism/ double pneumonia and other bad life choices, being the oldest sibling and closest in location, I have been overloaded lately. This little video relaxation really helped me center again. I hope we all can return to it when we feel sad, hopeless, stressed or just plain tired of it all and need a break. The water washes away my stress and leaves me feeling so much better. Thanks for having it here

You have no idea how much I appreciate what you are doing. This video alone has probably saved many lives. I would love to see new videos like this one. Panic disorder and anxiety have taken over my life, this video and a couple of others by you guys put me into this state where my whole body feels numb and heavy, finally giving me the escape I needed from my own thoughts. Thank you so much, this particular meditation helped me get through my HSC year 12 exams last year. Half an hour before each exam, I would use this meditation, it really calmed me down before I started each exam and put me in the right state of mind.

I love this meditation. Everytime I meditate I can't feel my hands and feet anymore but I still struggle with the thoughts that come up. What helps me to get rid of the thoughts is focusing on what I see behind my eyelids. I will do more of these in order to keep myself on track with daily meditation.

I think I've probably commented before but this guided meditation has helped my child sleep so many times, he now asks for it when he's really struggling. His mind is so full of activity always, this brings calm enough that he can go to sleep. Thank you.

This pulled me in before I realized it. I could still feel the anxiety and stress that I was holding on to bubbling while you were counting down. But as soon as u got to 2....1.... It felt like I dropped into a dream state, and pretty immediately I felt a wave like force focused on my forehead between my eyebrows. It seemed to pull and sway all over and around my face taking each stress and letting it go. this force continued to flow around my face pulling me away, letting me let go of all the stress and anxiety. Really great guided meditation. I will definitely come back to this in the future. I feel more at peace with myself and my day

I have been using this video for half a year now, almost every night to sleep and it's the only one that works for me every time. There's something about Rick's voice that is so deeply comforting and relaxing. I've tried many guided meditation videos, but this is the only one that has exactly the right slow and calming pace. I've also noticed that the end without talking works really well for me. That's the point usually where I fall asleep. Those that end too abruptly wake me up again.

I was reading all these comments and they just seemed to be too unreal until i actually tried this. It cleared my mind something which for months I had been struggling with ( not thinking properly, not being able to concentrate on the task at hand obviously due to tensions and stressors) but no exaggerations. You don't feel a significant change until a while later and you know what caused this calmness. Thankyou ,and i will definitely put this in my daily routine. Also another thing you could do while listening to it and doing the breathing excercise is clenching your fists and releasing as you breathe out. Cheers!
